같은 식으로,

내가 말할 수 있는 것은,

그대의 손가락이 이런 식 (손톱이 해를 가리는 모양) 으로, 해를 가릴 수 있다

 

깊이 믿어지는 생각은 그대의 직관적 이해를 가릴 수 있다

똑같은 식은 아니다, 왜냐하면 이건 객체들이기 때문에

 

내가 이 빛을 가리려 한다면,

손가락 또한 객체이다, 보려는 눈 또한 객체이다

그대는 주체를 어떻게 보는가

그대는 될 수 밖에 없다

그대가 그대의 시간 속에서 확인해야 한다

그대는 그렇게 할 수 있다, 붙들고 확인해라,

그것이 그대의 시간을 이 곳에서 잘 활용하는 것일 것이다

슬퍼하거나 축하하기 위한 시간이 아니었던 때는 어땠는가, 그저 그대 자신의 존재 안에서 쉴 뿐인

 

when you're at rest inside your own being, you don't have to control,

observe and see that all things are flowing and unfolding in harmony,

don't say i'm gonna speed up in this one, just remain in your natural state,

그대가 자신의 존재 안에서 쉴 때, 그대는 통제할 필요 없다

그대의 의식은 그렇게나 넓어서, 이 조화의 느낌조차 위대한 조화 안에 포함되어 있다

그러니 걱정하지 마라, 그대가 그대 안에 그러한 것을 갖고 있다면, 그대는 느낀다, 

그냥 그대 자신을 넘겨줘라,

그대의 두려움들을 신에게 넘겨라, 그것으로 충분할 것이다

그러면, 부디, 나를 안내해주세요- 라고 느껴지면, 그는 그대를 안내한다, 무수한 방식으로

 

there's a silence in you, that surpasses understanding, surpasses every effort, every desire

 

그대 안에 침묵이 있다, 그것이 이해를 통과한다, 모든 노력, 모든 욕망을 지나간다
