어떤 힘도 잃지 않을 수 있을 때까지, 그러한 환경에 머무는 것이 좋다

나는 어떤 진짜 스승이 그대에게, 나는 최상의 존재로, 네 위에 있다 고 말하리라 느끼지 않는다

그는 그대에게, 그대는 나와 같다, 고 말해야 한다

 

'무엇이 이런 의심을 그대 안에서 일으키는지 찾아보자, 그 의심을 제거하자.'

 

그대가 스승의 존재를 떠날 때, 빛이 떨어지는 것을 느끼면,

그대는 잠시 더 그 곳에 있어야 한다

what we are trying to unite is already perfect in itself,

but there's a doubt that it is perfect.

so it goes towards that which it perceives the perfection is more evident,

and because of openness and faith,

the light that it perceives in, that'll be more obvious in front of, it helps to release itself in its own light

 

우리가 통합하려고 애 쓰는 것은,

이미 그 자체로 완벽하다

하지만 그것이 완벽한지, 의심이 있다

 

그래서 완벽함이 보다 명백하다고 인식하는 것을 향해 간다

그리고 열려있음과 신념 때문에,

그 빛 안에서 인식하는 그것이, 그 앞에서 보다 명백해질 것이다

그것이 그 자신의 빛 안에서 스스로를 내놓도록 돕는다

 

normally we are meeting person meeting person,

but one time maybe person meets presence, when person meets presence,

then presence, if the person is aware and he can feel the radiance of the presence,

the presence will raise the person up to presence.

so then presence with presence.

but when the person meets presence, and person moves more into presence,

that presence was already in the person

 

보통 우리는 제한된 인식이 제한된 인식을 만난다

하지만 제한된 인식이 존재 를 만나는 때, 

그러면 존재는, 

제한된 인식이 존재의 빛을 인식하고, 느낄 수 있다면,

존재는 제한된 인식을 존재로까지 끌어올려 줄 것이다

그런 다음 존재와 존재 이다

 

제한된 인식이 존재를 만날 때, 제한된 인식은 더욱 존재로 움직여간다,

존재는 이미 그 제한된 인식 안에 있던 것이다

 

presence meet absolute, then absolute reflects absolute in presence

and presence become absolute

 

존재가 절대를 만나면, 절대는 존재 안의 절대를 비추어준다,

그리고 존재는 절대가 된다

 

-the power, the potential and the capacity was always there,

but it needed to be inspired into its full expression-

 

-힘, 잠재력, 역량은 이미 있었다, 하지만 그것의 완전한 표현으로는, 기운이 불어넣어질 필요가 있었다

 

we're all equally the self,

in some cases, we are on the stronger influence of believing we are only body mind conditiong.

the true teacher reminds us, no, no, you are not your conditioning, you are the true self.

some people, when they first hear that, ha- 워, 

it's already a kind of freedom.

but in another one, they still doubt

but by continuing to listen, they're discovering,

you go beyond the limitations of conditioning

and you're living in the experience of your natural state

 

우리는 모두 동등하게 self 이다

 

어떤 경우들에서 우리는, 우리가 단지 몸과 마음의 조건화일 뿐이라 믿는, 강한 영향을 받는다

진정한 스승은 우리에게, 아니다, 아니다, 그대는 그대의 조건화가 아니다, 그대는 진짜 자신이다, 라는 것을 떠올리게 한다

어떤 사람들은, 처음에 그것을 듣고, 하- 워,

그것은 이미 일종의 자유이다

하지만 다른 자 안에서는, 그들은 여전히 의심한다

 

그러나 계속해서 듣는 것으로, 그들은 발견해간다

i don't feel any true master will tell you, i'm supreme above you,

he has to tell you, you are the same like me,

let's find out what is causing this doubt in you, let's remove the doubt.

if you feel that when you leave the teacher's presence, the light goes down,

then you need to be there for a while longer

 

나는 어떤 진짜 스승이 그대에게, 나는 최상의 존재로, 네 위에 있다 고 말하리라 느끼지 않는다

그는 그대에게, 그대는 나와 같다, 고 말해야 한다

'무엇이 이런 의심을 그대 안에서 일으키는지 찾아보자, 그 의심을 제거하자.'

 

그대가 스승의 존재를 떠날 때, 빛이 떨어지는 것을 느끼면,

그대는 잠시 더 그 곳에 있어야 한다

 

it's like if you have a piece of metal, and you put it in a fire,

leave it for half an hour, you can take this metal and touch things and set them on fire-

boom, boom boom,

because the power is in you, in the metal.

but after a while, the heat is reduced and then you can put it against your skin, nothing will happen,

then you go back to the fire again.

but when you recognize the truth of who you are, you are the fire itself,

you're plugged into the powerhouse

 

이런 것과 같다,

그대가 금속 한 조각을 갖고 있다, 그것을 불 속에 넣는다

30분 동안 놓아둔다, 이 금속을 꺼내어 댄다, 불이 붙게 한다-

펑, 펑 펑-

 

힘이 그대 안에, 금속 안에 있기 때문이다

하지만 잠시 후, 열이 줄어든다

그러면 그대는 그대의 피부에도 댈 수 있다, 아무것도 일어나지 않을 것이다

그러면 그대는 다시 불로 돌아간다

 

하지만 그대가 그대인 진리를 이해할 때, 그대가 불 자체이다,

그대는 발전소에 플러그를 꽂은 것이다

 

so it is good to stay in that environment until no power can be lost-

i remember sometime ago, one man came to satsang, and he's from Portugal,

he came to satsang for a whlie and he listened,

and he ha- he recognize something,

then in a short time, he left.

then i hear that he's giving satsangs,

i said, what?

he's not yet the good student, how you're gonna be a good teacher?

then he was travelling aorund, satsang, satsang,

then people were coming to ask us, 'did you say he can give the satsangs?'

i say, i didn't even know about it

 

그러니 어떤 힘도 잃지 않을 수 있을 때까지, 그러한 환경에 머무는 것이 좋다

 

나는 언젠가 전을 기억한다

한 남자가 사트상에 왔다, 포르투갈에서 왔다,

그는 사트상에 잠시 왔고, 사트상을 들었다

그리고 하- 무언가 알아차렸다

그런 다음 짧은 시간 안에, 그는 떠났다

 

그 다음 나는 그가 사트상을 하고 있다 들었다

 

 '뭐라고?'

그는 아직 좋은 학생도 아니다, 어떻게 좋은 스승이 되겠는가

stay until you are cured,

this man had strong desire that he want to teach,

he had some awakening experience, and he felt it is enough, 'i'm ready',

but he's not ready

 

그대가 치유될 때까지 머물러라

이 남자는 가르치고 싶은 강한 욕망을 가졌다

그는 깨어나는 경험을 했다, 그것으로 충분하다고 느꼈다, '나는 준비됐어' 라고

하지만 그는 준비되지 않았다

 

so it is good to stay until maybe your own teacher will tell you, 'now you can go a little bit',

because the mind itself quickly wants to, 'yes, yes i got',

but the true student stay and keep asking and checking and checking

because the truth cannot go away, it cannot fade, it cannot become untrue

 

그러니 아마 그대의 스승이 그대에게, '이제 좀 가도 좋다' 고 말할 때가지 머무는 것이 좋다

 

마음 자체는 재빨리, '그래, 그래, 난 알았어' 라고 하길 원한다

하지만 진정한 학생은 머문다, 계속해서 묻는다, 그리고 확인하고 확인한다

진리는 사라질 수 없다, 희미해질 수 없다, 진짜이지 않은 것이 될 수 없기 때문이다

 

so these things are experienced,

they are coming through the ego and not from the self

 

그러니 이런 것들이 경험되면,

그것들은 에고에서 나오는 것이지,  self 에서 나오는 것이 아니다
