행복함, 공간감, 고요함, 명확함을 느끼는 것은

그대 본성의 특성이다

and if you want to give god a sort of like persona, lord enjoys working with you in your interactive relationships

if you want to put in a human way, something supports that, makes your life more full

but don't speak about it, let it be your secret romance

그대가 신에게 인물과 같은 것을 부여하고 싶다면,

그대의 상호작용하는 관계에서 신은 그대와 작업하는 것을 즐긴다

그대가 인간의 방식으로 두고 싶다면, 무언가가 그것을 지원한다, 그대의 삶을 보다 채운다

하지만 그것에 대해 말하지 마라, 그대의 비밀 연애로 두어라

the heart yes is different from just the mind yes

because we say yes to many things that did not serve

but heart yes is different, spacious and peace and harmony,

and your soul knows this very well,

so when you feel you're ready, you don't need an encouragement, and feels so alive and so on

가슴의 예스 는 단지 마음의 예스와 다르다

우리는 많은 것들에 예스 한다, 기여하지 않는 것들에

하지만 가슴의 예스는 다르다, 공간과 평화, 조화

그리고 그대의 영혼은 이것을 아주 잘 안다

그래서 그대가 준비되었다는 것을 느낄 때, 그대에게 격려가 필요 없다,

그리고 너무나 살아 있는 느낌이다

whenever you meet anyone who is full of depression and heaviness and suspiciousness,

you'll never hear them say, 'i feel so alive'

yet you feel in you, 'i feel so well, there seems to be no reason for it, where this wellness come from?'

inside is coming

우울함과 무거움, 의혹으로 가득한 누군가를 만날 때,

그대는 그들이, '난 너무 살아 있는 느낌이야'라 하는 것을 듣지 못할 것이다

하지만 그대는 그대 안에서 느낀다,

난 너무 잘 있는 느낌이다. 무슨 이유가 없다. 이 잘 있음은 어디에서 오는가

안에서 나온다

so be open to the full potential to blossom inside your heart,

because god is inside your heart

and don't let anything cheat you out of this

if you evolve and expand in your conscniousness, 

whenever you leave an old state, and come to a higher state,

you never want to go back to that state

naturally, because you're more happy

그러니 그대의 가슴 안에서 꽃을 피우는, 완전한 잠재력에 열려 있어라

신은 그대의 가슴 안에 있으므로

그리고 어떤 것도 이것에서 벗어나게 하도록 두지 마라

그대가 진화한다, 의식에서 확장한다,

낡은 상태를 떠나 더 높은 상태에 이른다,

그대는 결코 이전 상태로 돌아가고 싶어하지 않는다

자연스럽게

왜냐하면 그대는 더 행복하기 때문이다

if you lost everything in the world and you stay here,

when i say 'lose things', i mean, lose your attachment to them

nothing is wrong with things themselves,

but your relationship with it and what you take it to mean for you can mean too much, and hide your deeper truth

so you don't have to destroy anything, god made everything

but out of the mind interprets through the personhood, what that things means for you,

is replacing higher meaning in yourself

그대가 세상에서 모든 것을 잃고, 여기 (가슴) 에 머문다면

내가 '모든 것을 잃는다'라 할 때, 그것들에 대한 그대의 집착을 잃는다는 뜻이다

그것들 자체에 잘못된 것은 없다,

하지만 그대의 그것과의 관계와

그것을 그대에게 무슨 의미로 받아들이는가가

너무 지나칠 수 있다, 그리고 그대의 깊은 진리를 가린다

그러니 어떤 것도 파괴할 필요 없다, 신이 모든 것을 만들었다

하지만 마음에서, 제한된 인식을 통해, 그것들이 그대에게 무슨 뜻인지를 해석하는 것이

그대 자신 안에서의 높은 진리를 대체한다

so when we say, be detached from something,

it returns to the space

그래서 우리가 집착 없이 있어라 라 할 때

그것은 공간으로 돌아가는 것이다

go and have a radiant day

가서 빛나는 하루를 보내라

when i say, myself means, indestructible consciousness, is your inmost being

you start by saying with, and with means two, close, that is good

but they gradually start to find where....and something keeps pulsing, 'i am, i am,', not the word,

but the inner intuitive knowing

내가, 나 자신 이라 말할 때, 나 자신이란, 파괴할 수 없는 의식, 그대 가장 안쪽의 존재를 뜻한다

그대는 함께 로 시작한다, 그리고 함께 란 둘, 가까이 를 뜻한다, 좋다

하지만 점차 발견하기 시작한다,

무언가가 계속 맥박 치고 있다, '내가 있다, 내가 있다,',

말이 아니라, 안의 직관적 앎이다

this aircraft you don't have to land, 

you don't have to be the pilot

you offer the space, it will nicely land

비행기를 그대가 착륙시킬 필요 없다,

그대가 조종사가 되어야 할 필요 없다

그대가 공간을 내주면, 그것은 멋지게 착륙할 것이다

so that struggle everybody will experience, some spiritual constipation,

but it's part of journey of clarity coming more and more light and so on

just remember, your part is yes, and the supreme makes it possible

because that's the most important thing about you, is your will

what you choose is your  power

what you choose comes with you

모두가 경험할 것이 그런 몸부림, 영적 변비 같은 것들,

하지만 그것은 명확성의 여정의 일부다, 점점 더 가볍게 된다

단지 기억해라, 그대의 역할은 예스 다, 최상의 존재가 그것을 가능하게 한다

그것이 그대에 관해 가장 중요한 것이다, 그대의 의지

그대가 선택하는 것이 그대의 힘이다

그대가 선택하는 것이 그대 곁에 온다

the enemy of love only has to sow the seed of doubt in your mind,

and that will keep you out for quite a long time

so doubt will be something that we will overcome

it doesn't just get it like that(따닥)

we have some doubt, hesitation, smells more personal

there's not anything called impersonal doubt

all doubt has some person, insecurity of person,

and you take it like to be you, but is not, 

it comes from the mind and the illusory self, is creating a little bit

사랑의 적은 그대의 마음에 의심의 씨앗을 뿌려야 할 뿐으로

그것이 그대를 상당히 오래 밖에 둘 것이다

그래서 의심은 우리가 극복해야 할 것이다

손가락 한 번 따닥으로는 되지 않는다

우리는 의심, 망설임을 좀 갖고 있다, 제한된 인식의 냄새가 나는

제한 없는 의식의 의심이라 불리는 것은 없다

모든 의심이 좀 제한된 인식을 갖는다, 제한된 인식의 불안,

그리고 그대는 그것을 그대라고 받아들인다, 하지만 아니다

마음과 환영의 자신에서 나오는 것이다

the more you fight it, the more you retain the identity with it

but you offer it up, there's much more freedom in that

'may i offer this tendency to doubt? because always doubt keeps you small, fearful, dense, contracted

so you can offer this

그대가 그것과 싸울수록, 더 그것과의 동일시를 갖는다

하지만 그대가 그것을 내놓는다, 그것에 훨씬 더 많은 자유가 있다

'제가 이 의심하는 습성을 내맡겨도 될까요',

항상 의심이 그대를 작게, 두려워하게, 농도 짙게, 축소되어 있게 한다

그러니 이러한 것을 그대는 내놓을 수 있다

and if it doesn't work after 2 or 3 hours, don't give up

next day, don't give up,

'doesn't matter how i feel, now i still yes', by deeper voice, it's still yes

그리고 두세 시간 후 효과 없다고 해도, 포기하지 마라

다음 날, 포기하지 마라

'내가 어떻게 느끼는지 상관 없다, 지금 나는 여전히 예스 다',

깊은 목소리에 의한, 여전한 예스

your life can be a joy even with struggles, challenges,

challenges are very important

don't look for cozy, sweet......

life, it can be very challenging, but what's happening,

you must know that there's love behind it, that is maturing the soul

so all the things, suspicious, struggles, all the hurts that come, 

it's a way of maturing

if you only hold to ego, you can stagnate, you must not stagnate

그대의 삶은, 몸부림을 치는 중에도, 시련이 있는 중에도, 기쁨일 수 있다

시련은 아주 중요하다

아늑한, 기분 좋은......... 것을 구하지 마라

삶이 아주 시련일 수 있다, 하지만 일어나는 것은,

그 뒤에 사랑이 있다는 것을 그대는 알아야 한다, 그것이 영혼을 성숙시킨다

그래서 온갖 것들, 의혹, 몸부림, 그 모든 아픔,

그것은 성숙의 방식이다

그대가 에고를 붙들고만 있다면, 정체되어 있을 수 있다, 

정체되어 있어서는 안 된다

is means truth

was means time, apparent, come ang go

is is another name for truth and for god, also now, new name for god,

limitless, pure joy, peace

sometimes we call that perfume of god

so let mind doesn't try to put a picture of what god is

cannot be any pitcure, and yet is in every picture

but quintessentially, beyond the grasp of capacity of human intellect

and yet closer than intimacy

있다 는 진리라는 뜻이다

있었다 는 시간을 뜻한다, 그래 보이는 것이다, 오고 간다

있다 는 진리, 신의 또 다른 이름이다,

지금 또한

신의 새로운 이름

제한 없는, 순수한 기쁨, 평화

때로는 그것을 신의 향기라 한다

그래서 마음이 신이 무엇인지에 대한 그림을 두려 하지 않도록

어떤 그림일 수 없다, 하지만 모든 그림에 있다

그러나 본질적으로, 인간 지력의 역량의 이해를 벗어나 있다

하지만 친밀한보다 가깝다

don't keep what i'm saying in your head, feel them in your being

what i'm sharing is from space (not space),

and it's conversing with inner space

and space and space don't make clutter

내가 말하는 것을 그대의 머리 안에 두지 마라, 

그대의 존재에서 느껴라

내가 나누고 있는 것은 공간에서 나온다 (이 공간이 아니라)

그리고 그것은 안의 공간과 교류한다

그리고 공간과 공간은 어지럽히지 않는다

if you'll have a linear way of thinking, you will not grasp, of course, what i'm sharing

and in a cultured way, in a traditional way, we feel we must keep catch hold of every little thing

but that goes into the library of the head

you cannot know god with the mind in that way

even to say to know god is not correct, but it's ok up to a point

because to know is like two

unless i say, non-dual knowing

because knowing normally means one thing knowing another thing

if it's non-dual knowing, what is it?

you may call self awareness, but there's no pictures there

그대가 직선상의 사고를 할 것이라면 물론, 내가 나누고 있는 것을 이해하지 못할 것이다

그리고 문화화된 방식으로, 전통적인 방식으로 우리는

모든 작은 것을 이해해야 한다고 느낀다

하지만 그것은 머리의 도서관으로 간다

그대는 그런 식의 마음으로 신을 알 수 없다

신을 안다고 말하는 것도 정확하지 않다, 하지만 어느 지점까지는 괜찮다

안다는 것은 둘과 같기 때문이다

내가, 비이원적으로 아는 것이라 하지 않는 한

왜냐하면 안다는 것은 대개 하나가 다른 하나를 아는 것이다

비이원적으로 아는 것이라면, 그것은 무엇인가

자각이라고 할 수도 있겠다, 하지만 거기에 그림은 없다

you don't have to capture what i say

if you welcome them, they will find their place where they feel happy in you

and with your permission, they do their work

내가 말하는 것을 잡을 필요 없다

그대가 환영한다면, 그것들은 그대 안에서 행복하게 느껴지는 곳에서 그들의 자리를 발견할 것이다

그리고 그대의 허가로, 그들의 작업을 한다

충동과 직관 사이에는 차이가 있다

마음은, 이런 즉흥성은 충동이다 라 말하곤 한다

하지만 그대는 그 차이를 알아야 한다

직관이란, 근원에 깊이 연결되어 있다, 그리고 아주 삶과 친하다는 뜻이다

충동이란, 불안함과 불안정함이다

how important is the spontaneity?

because it is not promoted in our life

in much of the culture we're aware of, spontaneity seems like it is irresponsible

has anybody experienced maybe some of the attitude like this?

like 'i don't know what i'm going to do' - 'what?!! you should know what you're going to do'

so pressure is there

sometimes even to children, 8, 9 years of old, they know what carrer they should be doing, or dropping back

so we're under a strong cultural assault

that the space that true human life needs to breathe and to allow the god's presence to awaken in you

즉흥성은 얼마나 중요한가

왜냐하면 그것은 우리 삶에서 활성화되지 않는 것이므로

문화의 많은 부분에서, 우리가 즉흥성으로 인식하는 것은, 무책임한 것처럼 보인다

이런 태도를 좀 경험해 본 이 있는가

가령 '난 뭘 할 지 모르겠다'

- '뭐라고?! 네가 뭘 할 지 네가 알아야지'

압박이 있다

때로는 아이들에게도, 8, 9 살의 그들은 무슨 일을 해야 할 지 안다, 그렇지 않으면 뒤떨어진다

우리는 강한 문화적 '폭행' 아래 있다

진짜 인간의 삶은

숨 쉬기 위한, 신의 현존이 그대 안에서 깨어나도록 하기 위한 공간을 필요로 한다

'you should, you should, you should',

not even you chould, you should

should has less space than could

'넌 해야지, 해야지, 해야지',

할 수 있기도 하다 도 아니다, 해야 한다

해야 한다 는 할 수도 있다 보다 공간이 적다

here i can put this question, how valuable is spontaneity in your life?

여기에서는 내가 이 질문을 할 수 있다,

그대의 삶에서 즉흥성이 얼마나 가치 있는가

is difference between impulsive and intuitive

sometimes the mind says that this kind of spontaneity is impulsiveness,

but you must know the difference

intuitive means, deeply connected to source and very conversant with life

impulsive means, restless and ungrounded, like a thought popping in your head,

i have spoken with people that every thought comes into the head, becomes an order,

a though come, 'that guy is not good', you start to look,

충동과 직관 사이에는 차이가 있다

마음은, 이런 즉흥성은 충동이다 라 말하곤 한다

하지만 그대는 그 차이를 알아야 한다

직관이란, 근원에 깊이 연결되어 있다, 그리고 아주 삶과 친하다는 뜻이다

충동이란, 불안함과 불안정함이다, 

마치 생각이 그대의 머리 안에서 튀면,

머리 안으로 들어오는 생각마다, 명령이 되는 사람들과 말한 적 있다

'저 사람은 좋지 않다'라는 생각이 온다,

(위아래로 흘기는 식으로) 바라보기 시작한다

start to act out

행동으로 옮기기 시작한다

so there is power, god given power in everybody is largely unexplored

the sangha field re offer that space that taste it and see, 

is this nourishing or nurturing? or is this restrictive?

that is respecting life

find out about your potential

모두의 안에 신에게서 받은 힘이 있다, 대개는 탐험되지 않는

공동체의 장은 다시 그 공간을 내준다, 그것을 맛보고 봐라,

양분을 주는 것인가, 아니면 제한하는 것인가

그것이 삶을 존중하는 것이다

그대의 잠재성에 관해 발견하는 것

because yourself as a soul, as a living being, everybody will leave their body

but something in you that you cannot leave, and it will always be eternal

and while you have breath, find out what it is

not here (head), find out here (heart)

that's what i'm remidning

then i said to you, very respectfully, very privately, 

if you feel an urge inside your heart to open up to the possibility of this integral discovery,

then you may say yes, but not with your mouth

and it is heard in the universal consciousness

영혼으로서, 살아있는 한 존재로서의 그대 자신,

모두 이 몸을 떠날 것이다

하지만 그대 안의 무언가는 그대가 떠날 수 없다, 그리고 그것은 항상 영원할 것이다

숨 쉬는 동안, 그것이 무엇인지 발견해라

머리에서가 아니라, 가슴에서 찾아라

그것이 내가 떠올리게 하는 것이다

그런 다음 아주 존중하며, 아주 내밀하게 말한다,

그대의 가슴 안에서 이 중요한 발견의 가능성에 열고 싶은 열망을 느낀다면,

그러면 그대는 예스 라 할 수 있다, 하지만 입으로가 아니다

그리고 그것은 전체 의식에서 들린다

our life and mind should not be tight

sometimes we are living with too many concepts

concepts are fine, but when you are identified with that strongly,

they get locked in, and your soul cannot breathe

우리 삶과 마음은 죄여서는 안 된다

때때로 우리는 너무 많은 개념들을 갖고 산다

개념들은 괜찮다, 하지만 그대가 그것과 강하게 동일시될 때,

그것들은 갇힌다, 그리고 그대의 영혼은 숨을 쉴 수 없다

all the beings who became liberated in the human existence came back to vastness

yourself is vastness, unbound,

beautiful, loving, radiant, kind, quiet, compassionate, wise, intuitive

they discover the spontaneous existence

is not outside of them

인간 존재에서 자유로워진 모든 존재들은 광대함으로 돌아갔다

그대 자신은 광대하다, 경계가 없다,

아름답다, 사랑스럽다, 빛을 낸다, 친절하다, 고요하다, 자비롭다, 현명하다, 직관적이다

그들은 즉흥적 존재를 발견한다

그들 밖에 있지 않다

spontaneous existence does not mean you cannot use your mind

but now your mind is inside your heart

i call it heart mind

즉흥적 존재는 그대가 그대의 마음을 사용할 수 없다는 뜻이 아니다

하지만 이제 그대의 마음은 그대의 가슴 안에 있다

나는 그것을 가슴의 마음이라 한다

if you don't accept, you can say no, this is your freedom, wonderful

and god does not force anything on you

whatever force of things we are experiencing,

in fact, sometimes we exercise our will, and you forget that somehow we're living in our choices

and you may say that the universal consciousness occasionally has to release a little bit of your karmic account,

and you feel you can autocorrect

그대가 받아들이지 않는다고 한다면, 아니 라고 할 수 있다, 

이것은 그대의 자유다, 멋지다

그리고 신은 그대에게 어떤 것도 강요하지 않는다

우리가 경험하는 것들의 무슨 힘이든,

사실, 우리는 우리 의지를 실행한다, 그리고 어떻든 우리는 우리 선택들로 살고 있다는 것을 잊는다

그리고 때때로 전체 의식은 그대 업의 계좌를 좀 방출해야 한다고도 말할 수 있겠다

그리고 그대는 자동교정을 느낄 수 있다

he's very wise

nobody can trick him

그는 아주 현명하다

아무도 그를 속일 수 없다

세상은 완벽이 어떨까, 행복이 어떨까 에 대해 무수한 환상을 준다

이것들은 그냥 인간의 생각들이다

my days are like that each day, each moment is all we have

to counterattack the common misperception, the conditioning we live with,

we are comfortable to forecast, 'next year', 

it bexame strange language for me,

it was once quite comfortable language

나의 날들은 그렇다, 매일, 매 순간이 가진 것 전부다

우리가 갖고 살고 있는 조건화, 흔한 오해에 맞서는 것이다

우리는 앞서 보는데 편하다, '내년, 다음 해'

나에게는 이상한 언어다, 한 때는 상당히 편한 언어였다

as you come more in the true discovery of what really is here,

the needs to forecast, to project, dries up, comes to nothing

because sometimes when you are projecting, you take away from your now

and in your now is your being

the being is not talking about tomorrow, it doesn't exist

or yesterday, it doesn't really exist

in the human consciousness and conditioning, those kind of ideas exist

and of course, in the book of existence, this plays as well

그대가, 정말로 여기에 있는 것의 진짜 발견으로 들어설수록,

예측할 필요, 투사할 필요가 마른다, 쓸모 없게 된다

왜냐하면 그대가 투사할 때, 그대의 지금에서 벗어나곤 하기 때문이다

그대의 지금에 그대의 존재가 있다

존재는 내일에 대해 말하지 않는다, 그것은 존재하지 않는다

혹은 어제, 그것은 정말 존재하지 않는다

인간 의식과 조건화에서는, 그런 생각들이 존재한다

그리고 물론, 존재의 책에서, 이런 것 또한 놀이 한다

every illusion, every potential for delusion exist in the great book of possibilities

but in the truth, you find there is such completeness in the here now

many people have heard this type of term, 'here now',

but it's not like an instant of time

모든 환영, 현혹되는 쪽으로의 온갖 가능성이, 가능성들의 가장 큰 책에서 존재한다

하지만 사실에서는, 여기 지금에 너무나 완결되어 있는 것이 있는 것을 그대가 발견한다

많은 사람들이 이런 표현을 들어 왔다, '지금 여기에',

하지만 그것은 시간의 한 순간과 같은 것이 아니다

what would it take to experience your full potentil, the now of now?

is the greatest realization of yourself to come later?

is it an event that's going to happen?

or could it be just something that is timelessly pure, perfect, and ever already so?

but is always being missed, because the mind overlaps with the projection, so you're not seeing

effectively meaning, we are living in a state of distractedness from true self

그대의 완전한 잠재력, 지금 중 지금을 경험하려면 무엇이 필요할까

그대 자신에 대한 가장 큰 알아차림은 나중에 오는가

일어날 사건인가

아니면 시간 없이, 순수한, 완벽한, 이미 항상 그런 것일 수 있을까

하지만 항상 놓쳐지고 있다,

마음이 투사로 뒤덮기 때문이다, 그래서 그대는 보지 못한다

결과적으로 우리는 진짜 자신에서 벗어나 있는 상태로 살고 있다

first, the urge, the possibility must enter your mind

i found that there is already some that is already in the heart of every living being,

and is being missed every moment

while we are searching for it in the name of something else

would be open to this discovery also?

because it is so easy to accept the identity of a journeyer on the way to something,

maybe to fulfill the highest projection,

but it's mentally, subjectively driven

something about you is absolutely perfect already

but it is not your person

먼저, 열망, 가능성이 그대의 마음으로 들어서야 한다

나는, 모든 살아 있는 존재의 가슴에 이미 있는 것이 있는 것을 발견했다

그리고 매 순간 놓쳐지고 있다

다른 것의 이름으로 그것을 찾으면서

이 발견에 열려 있으려는가

왜냐하면 무언가로 가는 중인,

아마 가장 높은 투사를 성취하기 위해 여행하는 자라는 동일시를 받아들이기가 아주 쉽다

하지만 그것은 정신적으로, 주관적으로 끌어내진 것이다

그대에 관해서 무언가가 이미 절대적으로 완벽하다

하지만 그대의 제한된 인식은 아니다

and don't have a picture of what it can look like

because no picture is going to satisfy you forever

purer than picture

그것이 무엇일 수 있을까에 관해 그림을 갖지 마라

어떤 그림도 그대를 영원히 만족시키지 못할 것이므로

그림보다 순수하다

the world has given a lot of fantasy of what perfection looks like, what happiness looks like,

these are just human ideas

before idea come

세상은 완벽이 어떨까, 행복이 어떨까 에 대해 무수한 환상을 준다

이것들은 그냥 인간의 생각들이다

생각이 오기 이전에

if you're hearing the guidance in your personal listening, you're missing it

if it is something that you cannot contain in your mind, we could just keep the mind rest

do you know anything that's not the mind?

it has to the witness of the mind

그대가 지침을, 그대의 제한된 인식으로 듣는다면, 놓칠 것이다

그대의 마음에 가둘 수 없는 것이라면, 우리는 그냥 마음을 쉬게 둘 수 있다

그대는 마음이 아닌 것을 아는가

마음을 바라보는 것이어야 한다

best kind of listening, just stay empty

don't be someone for a moment

it's not going to be the outcome of your dream

it's not even going to be the outcome of prayer

가장 잘 듣는 것과 같은 것은, 그냥 비어 있어라

잠시 누군가가 되지 마라

그대 꿈의 결실이 될 것이 아니다

기도의 결실조차 아닐 것이다

the mind will ultimately enjoy it also, but it's not going to be a gift from the mind

마음 또한 결국 그것을 즐길 것이다,

하지만 마음에서 나오는 선물이 아닐 것이다

what is not mind?

how much are we  each day apart from your mind?

we're so much involved in the mind, it's like reflex, nobody thinks about it

마음이 아닌 것이 무엇인가

우리는 매일 얼마나 마음에서 떨어져 있는가

마음에 너무나 몰두되어 있어서, 반사작용과 같다,

아무도 그것에 대해 생각하지 않는다

you know what is included in the mind? personal identity

don't think personal identity outside of the mind

we just leave them aside, not gong to destroy

you can think a little bit, not too much, otherwise, you're back in the mind

그대는 무엇이 마음에 포함되는지 아는가,

제한된 동일시

제한된 동일시가 마음 밖에 있다 (마음을 바라보고 있다) 고 생각하지 마라

그것들을 그냥 내버려 둔다, 파괴하지 않을 것이다

조금 생각할 수 있다,

하지만 너무 많이는 아니다, 그렇지 않으면, 다시 마음으로 돌아간다

only with your will, leave that alone

단지 그대의 의지, 

마음을 내버려 둔다

it means there is still you apart from that

and you're not trapped in your experiencing, and that is to be fully alive

그럼에도 그대가 있다는 뜻이다

그리고 그대는 그대의 경험에 갇히지 않는다,

그리고 그것은 완전히 살아 있는 것일 것이다

every true knowledge make you empty

it goes against the logic of the world

and you realize when you're empty in this way, it goes with happiness, peace, spontaneity,

모든 진짜 앎은 그대가 비어 있도록 한다

세상의 논리에 거스르는 것이다

그리고 이런 식으로 비어 있을 때, 그대는, 행복, 평화, 즉시성이 같이 한다는 것을 알아본다

as soon as you are clear, you rediscover your heart self,

not here (head), here (head) will come here (heart),

that's what bowing means, to bring your heart to your head, your head to your heart, that's a symbol,

as soon as you're experiencing the power of the presence, 

all your plans just start to dissolve

they're needed only when you are unhappy, when you're hungry for the next flavor, keeps you away from now

your power in you're now

but now?!, the mind goes, 'boring!'

그대가 명확해지자마자, 그대의 가슴 자신을 다시 발견한다

머리가 아니라, 

머리가 가슴으로 올 것이다,

그것이 절 하는 의미다,

그대의 가슴을 머리로 들여 온다, 그대의 머리에서 가슴으로, 

그대가 현존의 힘을 경험하자마자,

그대의 모든 계획들이 그냥 사라지기 시작한다

그것들은 그대가 불행할 때, 그대가 다음 맛에 굶주릴 때에만 필요하다,

그대를 지금에서 계속 벗어나게 한다

그대의 힘은 그대가 지금에 있는 것에서

하지만 지금?!

마음은, '지루해'로 간다

when now becomes obvious, everything else becomes fantasy and projection

지금 이 명백해질 때, 그것 외 모든 것이 환상과 투사가 된다

whatever you imagine you need to fulfill, will be fulfilled by your freedom

however you could lose whole world, and you find you're more you

그대가 성취해야 한다고 상상하는 것이 무엇이든, 그대의 자유로 성취될 것이다

온 세상을 얼마나 잃을 수 있든, 그대는 더 그대인 것을 발견한다

everyone is looking for the same thing

peace, rest, to be empty of the world,

not rejecting the world, but to be detached from it and to experience from your heart, god consciousness, there's no other consciousness

because everyone in the world, the world and the mind is restless, and basically dissatisfied

god give us all that opportunity,

where does money come from? god

everything come from god, where does hell come from? god,

he makes everything in the book,

experience all of it, and see if you make a right choice to wake up,

one day you will choose me

모두가 같은 것을 찾고 있다

평화, 쉼, 세상에서 비어 있기,

세상을 거부하는 것이 아니라, 그것에 집착 없이 있는 것,

그리고 그대의 가슴을, 신 의식을 경험한다, 다른 의식은 없다

세상의 모두가, 세상과 마음은 불안하다,

그리고 기본적으로 만족되어 있지 않다

신은 우리에게 그 모든 기회를 준다

돈이 어디에서 오는가, 신에게서

모든 것이 신에게서 온다, 지옥이 어디에서 오는가, 신,

그는 책에 있는 모든 것을 만든다

그 모든 것을 경험해라, 그리고 옳은 선택을 하는지 본다, 깨어나는 것,

어느 날, 그대는 나를 선택할 것이다

이 모든 것이 여기를 위함이다

it's not against the world

i cannot speak against the world, beacuse even in your own head, you have so many worlds

this is why they say, there's one earth, there are billions of worlds,

everybody has their own ideas of the world

and that world is never true

there is no true world

세상에 반대하는 것이 아니다

나는 세상에 반대해 말할 수 없다, 

그대의 머리 안에서조차, 무수한 세상을 갖는다

이래서 하나의 지구, 무수한 세상 이라는 말을 한다

모두가 세상에 관한 그들 각자의 생각을 갖는다

그리고 그 세상은 결코 진짜가 아니다

진짜 세상은 없다

only when your eyes are clean, mind is clean,

then what you see becomes pure again

그대의 눈이 깨끗해질 때, 마음이 깨끗해질 때에만,

그러면 그대가 보는 것이 다시 순수해진다

우리는 새로운 철학들을 만들어내 왔다, 자만, 무지를 지원하는

그리고 그런 온 세상에서, 그것을 따르도록 잡아당겨진다

i see that i don't have to organize life, there is an energy of power that is taking care of everything if you only care to see,

and much better than we do

we actually mess things up

tell the world that, big troubles! so

삶을 짤 필요 없다, 모든 것을 보살피는 힘의 에너지가 있다는 것을 본다,

그대가 주의 기울여 보기만 한다면

그리고 우리가 하는 것보다 훨씬 낫다

우리는 사실 망친다

세상에 그것을 말해봐라, 큰 일 난다! 그러니

you just do your thing

because to see that, you have to be free from your blindness, spiritual blindness,

we have created new philosophy to support arrogance, ignorance,

and in that whole world is being pulled to follow that

그냥 그대의 것을 해라

왜냐하면 그것을 보기 위해서는,

눈먼 것에서, 영적 눈먼 것에서 벗어나 있어야 한다

우리는 새로운 철학들을 만들어내 왔다, 자만, 무지를 지원하는

그리고 그런 온 세상에서, 그것을 따르도록 잡아당겨진다

so for one who is in search of the spirit, your discovery is not necessarily so welcomed in this world

even sometimes amongst religious people, they have their own philosophy inside teaching

you cannot just rely on scripture

it has to come alive in you also

read scriptures, but apply through your heart,

not somebody tell you what it means, you must discover

because if there is truth in scripture, it's going to be here to know that

그래서 얼 을 찾는 이로서, 그대의 발견은 이 세상에서 꼭 환영받지는 않는다

때로는 종교적 사람들 중에서도, 가르침 안에서 그들 자신의 철학을 갖는다

그대는 경전에만 기댈 수 없다, 그것이 그대 안에서 또한 살아 있어야 한다

경전들을 읽어라, 하지만 그대의 가슴을 통해 적용해라

누군가가 그대에게 그것이 무슨 뜻인지 말해서가 아니라, 그대가 발견해야 한다

경전에 진리가 있다면, 그것은 여기 가슴에도 있어서 알 것이므로

something you hear, 'it's very hard to accept that',

then you can ask him, 'i see it in the book, please if it is truth, align my understanding so i can remove obstacle too'

you have to have that kind of connection

and you're welcomeed to it

and live in the fruit of discovery

그대가 듣는 무언가가, '받아들이기 아주 어렵다',

그러면 그대는 (신에게) 물을 수 있다, 

'내가 책에서 그것을 보는데, 부디 그것이 진리라면, 나의 이해를 맞춰 주시길, 그래서 내가 장애물 또한 제거할 수 있도록'

그대는 그런 연결을 가져야 한다

그리고 그것에서 그대는 환영 받는다

그리고 발견의 결실로 산다

if you be in the whole, you'll do very well in the part

don't just be well in the part, and miss the whole

you must be in the wholeness, and the parts you see, part is not a part,

it's integrated in the whole

그대가 전체가 된다면, 부분에서 아주 잘 할 것이다

단지 부분에서 잘 하고, 전체를 놓치지 마라

그대는 전체에 있어야 한다, 그러면 부분들은, 그대가 본다, 부분이 일부가 아니다

전체에 통합되어 있는 것이다

and you cannot explain these things to someone who is not on board with it,

they just give you troubles, 'ah people, you're living in your head, it's all fantasy'

so you'll learn to who speak with

그리고 그대는 이런 것들을 같이 하지 않는 누군가에게 설명할 수 없다

그들은 그대에게 문제만 줄 뿐이다, '아으 사람들, 네 생각, 망상'이란 식으로

그래서 그대는 누구와 말할지를 배울 것이다

지금 의 풍요로움과 기회는 무엇인가

내가 왜 이렇게 말할 수 있을까

가장 높은 것은 지금에서 드러날 뿐이라는 것을 알기 때문이다

아무도 미래에 산 적이 없다

아무도 과거에서 살고 있지 않다

그대의 삶과 그대의 의식은 지금이다

그래서 그대가 그대의 온갖 문제들에 대해 말할 때, 그것은 그대의 지금으로 들여오는 것이다

그런 것들 없이, 지금은 무엇인가

보다 성숙된 공동체와 말할 때, 그대들은 너무 많이 생각할 필요 없다

mind often distored, distorted and limited conscniousness

마음은 자주 왜곡된다, 왜곡되고 제한되어 있는 인식이다

so what you have today? not tomorrow

you cannot guarantee neither you nor here might be here tomorrow in the physical form

we're here now

so what is the wealth and opportunity of now?

why i can speak like this?

because i know that the highest is only revealed in the now

그래서 그대는 오늘 무엇을 갖고 있는가, 내일이 아니라

그대든 여기든 내일 여기에 있으리라 보장할 수 없다, 물리적 형상으로

우리는 지금 여기에 있다

지금의 풍요로움과 기회는 무엇인가

내가 왜 이렇게 말할 수 있을까

가장 높은 것은 지금에서 드러날 뿐이라는 것을 알기 때문이다

let me tell you, nobody has ever lived in the future,

nobody is living in the past

your life and your consicousness is now

so when you tak about all your troubles, that's what you put in your now

what is the now without these things?

even when i speak with more mature sangha, you shouldn't have to go thinking too much

아무도 미래에 산 적이 없다

아무도 과거에서 살고 있지 않다

그대의 삶과 그대의 의식은 지금이다

그래서 그대가 그대의 온갖 문제들에 대해 말할 때, 그것은 그대의 지금으로 들여오는 것이다

그런 것들 없이, 지금은 무엇인가

보다 성숙된 공동체와 말할 때, 그대들은 너무 많이 생각할 필요 없다

there has to be a point where you don't have to go through all exercises to be uncovered

but when you're in the mind, you have to move through all sludge,

because mind says, it's over there

but the one say, no, it's here

what does it mean, you have all these convictions that you have to do all the gymnastics your mind tell you, 

all the religious, spiritual gymnastics, to be here!

then you're an alien to yourself

걷혀지고 드러나기 위해, 온갖 수행들을 겪을 필요가 없는 지점이 있어야 한다

하지만 그대가 마음에 있을 때는, 온 진창을 거쳐 나가야 한다

마음은, 저쪽에 있다 고 말하기 때문이다

하지만 하나 는 말한다, 아니다, 여기 다

무슨 뜻인가, 그대는 그대의 마음이 말하는 그 모든 힘든 것들을 다 해야 한다는 확신을 갖는다,

그 모든 종교적, 영적 힘든 것들을,

여기에 있기 위해!

그러면 그대는 그대 자신과 다른 사람이다

god is not going to test your techniques

he's not interested in that, only you

where are you in the now?

deficient?

even beyond efficient

not deficient, not efficient

everyone has to strip back to emptiness

because that's the only consistent truth

i'm using the word, emptiness, i can use other words, beingness or presence, self, god, awareness, purity

all these are metaphors of self, self is you

신은 그대의 기술을 시험하지 않을 것이다

그는 그런 것에 관심 없고, 오로지 그대에게

지금 그대는 어디에 있는가

결핍이 있는가

효율이 있다는 것조차 벗어나 있다

결핍 없고, 효율적이지 않고

모두가 벗고 비어있음으로 돌아가야 한다

그것이 유일하게 변하지 않는 진리이므로

나는 비어있음이라는 말을 쓴다, 다른 말들로 쓸 수도 있다,

존재나 현존, 자신, 신, 각성, 순수

이런 모든 말을은 자신 의 은유다, 자신 은 그대다

can be totally caught up in the what next, what was

but what about the what is? nobody look,

this is the force of distractedness that all sentient beings are,

i can't say all, because sometimes insects are ahead of you

다음 것, 이전 것에 완전히 사로잡혀 있을 수 있다

하지만 지금 있는 것에 대해서는 어떤가, 아무도 바라보지 않는다

이것이 벗어나게 하는 힘이다, 모든 생명 있는 존재들이

나는 모두 라고 말할 수 없겠다, 왜냐하면 곤충이 그대보다 앞서 있곤 하기 때문에

나 (mooji) 의 태도는,

매 번, 같은 것에 근거한, 

내일에 투자하지 않는 것에 관한 것이다

마음은 내일, 다음 주를 위해 준비한다

하지만 신은 그대를 지금 부른다

이미 우리는 지금에 있다

그대의 해야 할 것들, 그것들을 내버려 두어야 한다

마음은 그대에게, '넌 이것에 대처해야 해, 이것을 해결해야 해, --'라 말할 것이다

계속해서 마음에서 바쁘게 한다, 계속해서 그대의 가슴에서 벗어나게 한다

어느 것이 중요한가, 가슴인가 마음인가

심지어 물리적인 단계에서라도

all the troubles in the world come from the mind,

and bringing the person up

so all the exercises, is not for your pure self

is actually to neutralize the effects, the poison of personhood and mind

because nobody does good in ego

you may see somebody with pockets of fat money, driving porsche, their children driving limousines,

they're not good at this place (heart) necessarily

these things don't count

세상의 모든 문제들은 마음에서 나온다, 제한된 인식을 일으킨다

모든 수행들은,

수행은 순수 자신을 위한 것이 아니다,

사실 제한된 인식과 마음의 독성을 중화하기 위함이다

아무도 에고로는 잘 하지 못한다

누군가 큰 돈을 갖고 있고, 포르쉐를 몰며, 자식들은 리무진을 모는 이를 볼 수도 있겠다,

그들이 가슴에서 잘 있는다고만은 할 수 없다

중요한 것들이 아니다

and it's not that the self require you to be poor

but people  have more openness in poverty actually

in the end, theses things don't matter

this thing (heart)

the words are life, they bring life,

not just 'ok, thank you'

because they are directly relevant, you're not going to be relevant just later

you have a relationship or connection with god,

god is your now god, is not your later god,

don't make appointments with god

your appointment is now

그리고 자신 이 그대가 가난할 것을 요구하는 것은 아니다

하지만 사실 가난에서 사람들이 보다 열려 있다

결국, 이런 것들은 상관없다

가슴이 중요하다

말은 생명이다, 생명을 가져다 준다

단지 '그래 그래, 고맙지'가 아니다

말들은 바로 관련 있다, 나중에 관련 있을 것이 아니다

그대는 신과의 관계 혹은 연결을 갖고 있다,

신은 그대의 지금 신이다, 나중 신이 아니다

신과 약속을 잡지 마라

그대의 약속은 지금 이다

by sitting, the will, the urge to persist gets stronger

otherwise all the force of bad habits pull you back

we're like beautiful, ugly, all different kinds of car, but the same battery you need to push,

and after you don't have to push, but you must push to come over the hill of the ego

but to push, everybody is lazy

앉는 것으로, 계속해서 하려는 의지, 열망이 강해진다

그렇지 않으면, 나쁜 습관들의 온갖 힘이 그대를 잡아당긴다

우리는 아름다운, 흉한, 온갖 다양한 차와 같다, 하지만 같은 베터리,

그대가 밀어야 한다

나중에는 그대가 밀 필요 없다, 하지만 에고의 언덕을 건너기 위해 그대가 밀어야 한다

하지만 미는데서, 모두가 게으르다

you must persist, because by persisting you show your resolve

and your relationship with life, with existence of god is an interactive relationship

you have to feed it, as you do everything else in the life that you like

계속해서 해야 한다, 지속하는 것으로 그대는 그대의 결의를 보여주는 것이므로

그리고 그대의 삶, 신의 존재와의 관계는 상호 작용하는 관계다

그대가 양분을 주어야 한다, 

삶에서 그대가 좋아하는 다른 모든 것들에 그러듯

my attitude,

each time, based on the same thing about not investing in tomorrows

because mind is preparing for tomorrow and next week

but god calls you now

already we are in the now

all your to do lists, you have to leave them

나의 태도는,

매 번, 같은 것에 근거한, 

내일에 투자하지 않는 것에 관한 것이다

마음은 내일, 다음 주를 위해 준비한다

하지만 신은 그대를 지금 부른다

이미 우리는 지금에 있다

그대의 해야 할 것들, 그것들을 내버려 두어야 한다

because mind is going to tell you, 'you have to deal with this, have to solve this, --',

keeping you busy in the mind, keeping you distracted from your heart

which is important? heart or mind? even at the physical level

마음은 그대에게, '넌 이것에 대처해야 해, 이것을 해결해야 해, --'라 말할 것이다

계속해서 마음에서 바쁘게 한다, 계속해서 그대의 가슴에서 벗어나게 하는 것이다

어느 것이 중요한가, 가슴인가 마음인가

심지어 물리적인 단계에서라도

우리가 너무 정신적인 방식으로 그것을 바라볼 때,

그곳이 모든 것이 어려운 느낌을 만들어내는 곳이다

그대의 존재는 그대의 호흡보다 쉽다

그대의 존재는 진짜 어떤 수행도 할 필요 없다

모든 수행은 그대의 마음이다

그것이 좋은가, 그렇다, 가슴으로 되돌아가도록 단련받는 마음이므로

so for realization, we're not looking for pundits

look for sages and saints,

not pundits who are studying and studying 

you have to be on board experientially

깨어남을 위해서는, 우리는 학자들을 찾지 않는다

현자, 성자들을 찾는다

공부하고 공부하는 학자들이 아니다

그대는 경험으로 같이 해야 한다

if you come one day to sit all day,

it's not the point actually

but by sitting, you're discovering already, the struggle that is there

and you sit for half an hour, look how much that half an hour spreads as internal energies and spaces

so your will is very important

you will is before your practice, your will must be there

your will and intention must be good

your will and intention brings the light of consciousness in, brings god presence in

because you say this, 'i choose this', connected with god energy, god is doing also

person cannot do very much

그대가 하루 종일 앉아 있기 위해 어느 날 온다면,

사실 그것이 요점은 아니다

하지만 앉는 것으로, 그대는 이미 발견한다, 몸부림이 있다

반 시간을 앉아 있다, 그 반 시간이 안의 에너지와 공간들로 얼마나 많이 퍼지는지 봐라

그래서 그대의 의지가 아주 중요하다

그대의 의지가 그대의 연습 이전에 있다, 그대의 의지가 있어야 한다

그대의 의지와 의도가 좋아야 한다

그대의 의지와 의도가 의식의 빛을 들인다, 신의 현존을 들인다

그대가 이렇게 말하는 것이므로, '난 이것을 선택한다',

신의 에너지와 연결된다

신 또한 한다

제한된 인식은 그렇게 할 수 있는 게 많지 않다

you must persist, if you are genuine

that's why if you are studying to do something that you want to do,

even if you want it with all your heart, you have to still persist

because persistance shows that you mean it

계속해서 해야 한다, 그대가 진심이라면

그대가 하고 싶은 무언가를 하기 위해 공부한다면,

그대가 그것을 온 가슴으로 원한다 해도, 그럼에도 계속해서 해야 한다

계속해서 한다는 것은, 그대가 진심이라는 것이므로

there is something in that we show our committment

by in practice, you do it

it's not that 'oh i have to do this all my life?!',

that's a mind that put you off those things

do it until you cannot not do it

and grace kicks in and you find you look forward

우리가 우리의 헌신을 보여준다는 것이 있다

수행으로, 그대가 그렇게 한다

'난 내 평생 해야 하나', 그런 것이 아니다

그것은 마음이다, 그대가 그런 것들을 미루도록 하는

그대가 그것을 하지 않을 수 없을 때까지 해라

은혜로움이 들어선다,

그대는 그대가 고대하고 있는 것을 발견한다

you do and you look, you feel you didn't really succeed well,

but after you come out, the grace is with you

so it's your intention and your persistence, grace puts the rest in it

and more and more, don't worry about what's going to look like,

you should not do that

it's the mind that defeats us

그대가 하고 그대가 바라본다, 제대로 해내지 못했다는 느낌이다,

하지만 나오고 나서, 은혜로움이 그대와 있다!

그래서 그대의 의도와 계속해서 하는 것, 

그것에서 은혜로움이 나머지를 한다

그리고 점점 더,

어떻게 되는 것인지에 대해 걱정하지 마라

그래서는 안 된다

그것은 우리를 패배케 하는 마음이다

i'm finding my day as i go

not through here (head), 

no, move as you move

you go to catch one fish, you catch 15fishes,

because it works like that, i want to share with you

your life is miraculous here (heart), but not here (head)

hear (head) is miraculous, but you don't see it

but when you feel it from here (heart), 

나는 내가 가는 대로 나의 하루를 발견한다

머리를 통해서가 아니다

아니다, 움직이는 대로 움직인다

그대는 한 마라의 물고기를 잡으러 간다, 15마리가 잡힌다,

그런 식이다, 내가 그대와 나누고 싶은 것이다

그대의 삶은 기적적이다, 가슴에서

하지만 머리에서는 아니다

머리에서 기적적이다, 하지만 그대가 그것을 보지 못한다

하지만 그대가 가슴에서 느낄 때는

when we are too  much in the mental way of looking at it

that's where all produces sense of difficulty

your beingness is easier than your breath

your beingness doesn't have any real exercise to

all the exercise is your mind

and is it good? yes, beacuse the mind that's been trained to come back into the heart

우리가 너무 정신적인 방식으로 그것을 바라볼 때,

그곳이 모든 것이 어려운 느낌을 만들어내는 곳이다

그대의 존재는 그대의 호흡보다 쉽다

그대의 존재는 진짜 어떤 수행도 할 필요 없다

모든 수행은 그대의 마음이다

그것이 좋은가, 그렇다, 가슴으로 되돌아가도록 단련받는 마음이므로
