try the mind, it's good

언어는 곧 따라잡지 못하기 시작할 것이다

they are appearances that come and go

when you become person, you're weak

when you stay in the spirit, you're strong

신이란 진짜 그대, 그대의 가장 안쪽의 실재를 뜻한다

그리고 삶은 마음의 온갖 상상을 베어내고, 그를 찾기 위함이다

그대는 그대 밖에서 신을 발견하지 않을 것이다

그대 안에 있을 것이다

신은 모든 살아있는 존재 안에 있다

little by little bit, you start to find your way

그대는, '필요한 것이 무엇이든, 나를 그것으로 데려가 달라,

당신을 발견하기 위해, 무엇을 향해 이 삶을 설계했든,

날 도와달라'라 요청할 수 있다

조금씩 조금씩, 그대는 그대의 길을 찾기 시작한다

if you want to do exercise all day, you can do day, not to harm you, it is good

but i say, at least 30 minutes because we get a little bit lazy,

sometimes after 5 minutes, we give up

so i say, persist a little bit

because there's joy and the peace you find because of that

so you can do whatever you life

but don't force yourself too much

just do it until you start to love it

as much as you transcend, as you evolve, you keep finding that you're never less you, always more you,

feel more true

everything that you have overcome, the new place you have reached, you never want to go back to the old place

when you're really evolved, the only time you want to go back to the old is when you make bad mistakes

anyone who's growing in the truth, you don't want to go back to ignorance

so if you transcend the whole world, you'll still be so you

you'll never not be you

but not the ego you, your true you, your heart consciousness

변형시키는 만큼, 진화할수록,

it's not that you exercise all the time,

but to break the spell and the grip of personal identity

that's what it does

gradually weakens the grip of the mind and the sense of personhood,

originally the beingness and the mind, they should not be different

내내 단련한다는 것이 요점이 아니라

sometimes it's not easy to follow the simple guidance

because the mind participate in ti and change,

진리의 발견에 저항하는 것으로 보이는 힘이 있다

하지만 그대가 의지, 열망을 갖고 있다면,

뭔가가 그대의 가슴에 닿는다, 

'난 자유롭기 위해 발견해야 한다',

'부디 나를 안내해 달라, 나를 도와달라'

그대는 정말로 진심이다, 그것이 힘으로 들어선다, 포기하지 마라

나는 이렇게 그대에게 말한다, 그대는 그것을 시험해라

그리고 그대가 발견할 때, 내가 있기를 바란다, 그래서 그대가, '스승님, 효과가 있습니다'라 할 수 있도록
