제한된 동일시는 무수한 짐, 과거사를 갖는다

우리는 습관으로 고통 받는다

무언가가 습관을 인식한다

그것 그 자체는 습관인가

mind play which contains the sense of our identity, our place in the world, and who we take ourselves to be,

which are not stable, concepts, it fluctuates

but the mind in the moment of real seeing, where even is it?

tell me what is missing, what is lacking? what doesn't work?

우리 동일시의 느낌, 세상에서 우리의 자리, 우리가 누구인가로 받아들이고 있는 것을 포함하는 마음의 놀이는,

안정되어 있지 않다, 개념들이다, 변화한다

하지만 진짜 바라봄의 순간에서 마음은,

존재하기나 하는가

무엇이 놓쳐지고 있는 건지, 무엇이 결핍되어 있는지 내게 말해라

무엇이 작동하지 않는 건가

soon we're going to be in the next moment

the next moment is not now, when i call now

absolutely empty of the next and the past

and i'm not asking your mind to do some mental tricks

don't take it as a moment medications

sit with it

곧 우리는 다음 순간에 있을 것이다

다음 순간은 지금이 아니다, 내가 지금 이라 하는 것의

절대적으로 다음 과 과거에서 비어 있어라

난 항상 그대의 조건에 맞추었다,

'누가 말하고 싶은가, 누가 준비되었는가',

그리고 그대가 다가오는 방식에

하지만 사실 나는, 그대를 가장 진실한 자리에서 만나기 위해 온다

그래서 나는 그 제안을 내놓는다, 

오늘 그대가 올 때,

이틀 전의 문제를 해결하기 위해서가 아니라

바라보기 위해 와라

as long as you say, 'i can recognize the self', you stand apart

and i want to know, as what do you stand apart?

if self is perfect, and you recognize the perfect, are you apart from the perfect?

what is your status?

그대가 '난 자신 을 알아볼 수 있다'라 말하는 한,

그대는 분리되어 있다

그리고 나는 알고 싶다, 무엇으로서 그대는 분리되어 있는가

자신 이 완벽하다면, 그대는 완벽을 알아본다,

그대는 완벽에서 떨어져 있는가

그대의 위치는 어디인가

you say, 'there's no even some separateness, maybe my mind say that 'i recognize the self''

but if you purchase that, then you also support that duality,

그대는

'분리도 없다, 아마 나의 마음이, '난 자신 을 알아본다'라 말하는 것 같다''라 말한다

하지만 그대가 그것을 잡으면, 그대는 그 이원성을 지원한다

speak from now, not from the memory

i trust your attitude

your attitude is your faith

so i say, leave everything now

everything that you associate with that you feel it's meaningful, important,

even spiritual things that you have learned, 

for a moment, just leave everything aside

it should be exiciting

지금 에서 말해라, 기억에서가 아니라

나는 그대의 태도를 신뢰한다

그대가 결합해 온 모든 것,

그대가 배워 온 영적인 것들조차

흥미로운 것이 되어야 한다

until there's nothing left

and leave the attachment to your body, your name

아무것도 남아 있지 않을 때까지

그리고 그대의 몸, 이름에 대한 집착도 내버려둬라

tell me what remain

in this life, you must have the opportunity to be absolutely empty

willingly

even empty of your idea of yourself

there is something in you that is not an idea

무엇이 남아 있는지, 내게 말해달라

그대들 중에는, 나를 오랫동안 안다고 생각하는 이들이 있다

내가 무엇을 말하려는지 안다고

하지만 나는 말하겠다, 그대는 모른다

you're looking elsewhere, you're missing yourself

everybody is missing themselves, but they don't know it

모두가 그들 자신을 놓치고 있다, 하지만 그것을 모른다

you think it's another place, having your car, own your house,

no, you're missing yourself

but it's difficult to accept that because the mind has created another version of self,

as self based on 'i am this body, i am this person, --',

and that artificial identity, that's the real a.i. actually,

living in your a.i.

그대는 다른 곳을 생각한다, 차를 갖는 것이거나, 집을 소유하는 것이거나

아니다, 그대는 그대 자신을 놓치고 있다

하지만 받아들이기 어렵다,

마음은 자신 의 다른 버전을 만들어내기 때문이다,

either this way to search the world to find peace and happiness and fulfillment,

or to come here and find yourself

so the one in whose heart this is blossoming, i will see you,

we don't have to make an appointment,

you're naturally attractive

not just that you are attracted, you're attractive to that

평화와 행복, 성취를 찾기 위해 세상을 탐색하는 이런 방식이거나

아니면 여기 로 와서, 그대 자신을 발견한다

그래서 그 가슴이 꽃을 피우는 자, 나는 그대를 볼 것이다

우리는 약속할 필요가 없을 것이다

그대는 자연히 매력적이다

그것에 끌리는 그대라서가 아니라,

그것에게 그대가 매력적이다

what about the one who truly wants to be free?

how will you be denied?

of course, the power is there,

one is ready to come off the wheel of samsara,

come!

진실로 자유롭기를 원하는 자는?

그대가 어떻게 부정되겠는가

물론 거기 힘이 있다

삼사라의 바뀌에서 떨어져 나갈 준비가 되어 있는 자,

와라!

be willing to let go of the things that you are giving so much mportance and energy to,

and you may find me, says the lord,

to be all that you need

but only when you're ready

그대가 너무나 많은 중요성과 에너지를 내주고 있는 것들을, 기꺼이 놓아라

그러면 그대는 나를 발견할 것이다, 라고 신이 말한다,

그대가 필요로 하는 모든 것이 될 것이다 라고

하지만 오로지 그대가 준비될 때

there are some things i love to share

but only with your heart's permission

내가 나누고 싶은 것들이 있다

하지만 그대 가슴의 허용으로만

mind might say, 'ok, let go of everything, nothing is happening!'

let go of this one also

be as empty as you can be for a moment

when you're empty of the world which includs your mind and intentions,

something will renounce itself in you

마음은, '그래 좋다, 모든 것을 놓는다, 아무것도 안 일어난다!'라 말할 수 있다

이 자 또한 놓아라

잠시 그대가 그럴 수 있는 한 비어 있어라

그대의 마음과 의도를 포함한, 세상을 비울 때

무언가가 그대 안에서 그 자신을 알릴 것이다

let go of everything

that's been my song for a while

let go of, until only aloneness is here,

not even somebody being alone

and don't pick up anything for a while

and see if you can show your suffering

see if you become stupid

모든 것을 놓아라

잠시 그것이 나의 노래다

홀로 있음만이 있을 때까지, 놓아라

누군가가 홀로 있다는 것도 아니다

잠시 어떤 것도 집어들지 마라

그리고 그대가 그대의 고통을 보여줄 수 있는지 봐라

그대가 바보가 되는지 봐라

and all the garbage we pick up through ego is gone

these are the signs

that peace is in you

often covered with the noise of the mind and the world

우리가 에고를 통해 집은 그 모든 쓰레기가 사라진다

we can start playfully, you don't have to be super zeros

all this is happening in it, but is it happening?

have that much courage

then if it doesn't work at all, you have ever right to complain

you have to be supernanny with your mind

and don't give in, because it's very badly trained

sometimes like this, to sit, to stay with it,

you don't have to be cruel, but you must be firm

you have to have a little bit of self discipline to stay

so the exercise i give is like this, try

그대는 그대의 마음에게 수퍼내니가 되어야 한다

굴복하지 마라, 마음은 아주 나쁘게 단련되어 있으므로

때로는 이렇게,

앉는다, 마음을 붙들고 머문다,

sometimes you fail, and you go back

but you must honor because lord comes through,

you come back to your power

once you feel the presence, which is not your person presence, you will know

it is not right you go everyday talking about your mind

'my mind is like this, my mind is so strong'

that is called mind worship

you strengthen this thing

that's how it is, learn to detach, be aware of it, but don't log into

just stay empty and be present

it's avaliable for everybody who can use it

매일 그대의 마음에 대해 말해대는 것은 옳지 않다

'나의 마음은 이렇다, 나의 마음은 너무 강하다'

마음 숭배라 하는 것이다

그대가 이것을 강화한다

그건 그런 식인 것이다, 

집착 없이 있는 것을 배워라, 그것을 인식해라, 하지만 들어서지 마라

단지 비어 머물러라, 존재해라

그것을 활용할 수 있는 모두에게 가능한 것이다

so let you introduce your mind to god

that is how to meet reality

that's the ultimate reality

그래서 그대의 마음이 신에게 소개되도록

그것이 현실을 만나는 법이다

그것이 궁극의 현실이다

what you consume, what you believe, what you think, is the fragrance that

emanate out of your form

when you love god, people feel some presence, is happening,

because we affect each other

we're meant to

that's why i told you, don't keep bad company

keep bad company, you become bad company

그대가 소비하는 것, 그대가 믿는 것, 그대가 생각하는 것이

그대의 형상에서 뿜어져 나오는 향이다

그대가 신을 사랑할 때, 사람들은 무언가 현존을 느낀다,

우리는 서로 영향을 주기 때문이다

그러기로 되어 있다

그래서 말하는 것이다, 나쁜 동료와 계속해서 같이 있지 마라

그러면, 그대가 나쁜 동료가 된다

even you say, 'honor the self',

who can honor the self? are you apart from the self to honor the self?

if you came to see what i'm speaking

and it's not, 'ah i got it'

no you didn't get nothing

it's not the greatest idea, it's not for any idea

it is before the first human, it is before the world

it is before the universe, it is before the angels

'자신 을 소중히 한다'라고 하는 것도,

누가 자신 을 소중히 할 수 있는가, 그대는 자신 과 별개로 있고, 자신 을 소중히 하는가

내가 말하고 있는 것을 그대가 보기에 이른다면

그리고 그것은, '아, 알겠다'가 아니다

아니, 그대는 하나도 알지 못했다

그것은 가장 위대한 생각이 아니다, 어떤 생각을 위한 것도 아니다

첫번째 인간 이전에 있는 것이다, 세상 이전에 있는 것이다

what does it look like?

it doesn't look like anything

this is why it is difficult

you are this but you cannot see it

because you want to see it like person see things through the mind, the senses

we cannot argue about it

어떻게 생겼는가

어떻게도 생기지 않았다

이래서 어렵다

그대는 이것 인데, 그것을 볼 수 없다

그대는 그것을, 제한된 인식이 마음, 감각을 통해 보는 것처럼 보고 싶어하므로

우리는 그것에 관해 논쟁을 할 수가 없다

no religion owns it, no science owns it

so i'm telling you, check, do you continue to be here?

you must know the chance you have

'i don't know, but i'm on fire'

you can't bear what your mind is offering anymore

otherwise it's a waste

어떤 종교도 그것을 소유하고 있지 않다, 어떤 과학도

그대는 그대가 갖고 있는 기회를 알아야 한다

those of you who are hearing these things in their heart, for you i'm here still

listen, you go sit by yourself, just keep letting go of all your concepts,

taste the emptiness

because the mind tells, 'that was a nice experience!'

and the minute you think, 'oh it's a nice experience', you're back in the field of experiencing

귀 기울여 들어라, 홀로 가서 앉아라, 계속해서 그대의 개념들을 놓아라,

가장 소중한 개념들 또한

비어있음을 맛봐라

그리고 비어있음에서 나타나는 최초의 것, 그를 무시해라, 비어 있어라

그리고 그대가 길을 잃는지 봐라

비어있음에서, 알아차림이 일어날 것이다, 비이원적 알아차림이 일어날 것이다

하지만 그것을 경험으로 대하지 마라

마음은 말한다, '멋진 경험이었다'

그리고 그대가, '아 그건 좋은 경험이다'라고 생각하는 순간,

그대는 다시 경험의 장으로 돌아간다

meaning, nothing wrong with experiencing

but you become entangled in your mind production

i don't know who will understand

경험에 잘못된 것은 전혀 없다

하지만 그대는 그대의 마음이 만들어내는 것에 얽힌다

누가 이해할까 모르겠다

하지만 그대는 그대 자신에 대해 모른다

그대는 그대 자신을 알 수 있는가

사실 이것조차 사실이 아니다

하나가 다른 하나를 아는, 두 자신이 있지 않으므로

그래서 자신의 앎이 태어나기 이전에, 그대는 여기에 있다

명상조차 그대 안에서 바라보아진다

really earnest one, because of the strength of conditioning in the world,

you'll need to be repeated

just like we learn ignorance through repetition

so you will be reminded again about yourself

정말로, 진지한 자,

세상에서의 조건화의 강도 때문에, 반복되어야 할 것이다

우리가 반복을 통해 무지를 배우듯

그렇게 그대는 그대 자신에 대해 다시, 떠올려질 것이다

before recognition arises in your stillness,

but nobody regard this as important

and everybody just say, 'i want to wake up, i want to wake up'

the same is with your mind, your mind is only playing

there will come a point,

waking up can be an instance and yet it's timeless at the same time

it's not a flash, the self is not a flash

it has no beginning, no middle, no end

그대의 고요함 안에서 알아차려짐이 일어나기 이전 이다

하지만 아무도 이것을 중요하게 여기지 않는다

그리고 모두가, '난 깨어나고 싶다, 난 깨어나고 싶다'라 말할 뿐이다

그대의 마음과도 같다, 그대의 마음은 그냥 연기를 한다

어느 지점에 이르러,

깨어남은 한 순간일 수 있다, 하지만 동시에 그것에는 시간이 존재하지 않는다

섬광이 아니다, 자신 은 섬광이 아니다

그것은 시작, 중간, 끝을 갖고 있지 않다

somewhere in you, if you don't pay attention too much to your mind, 

you will know my words in you

they're so clear,

even before my breath become words, they are here

because you watch even the breath,

and the breath is before the word, 

and the breath is before the mind

and you can watch the breath, who are you?

그대 안 어딘가, 

그대가 너무 그대의 마음에 주의를 주지 않는다면

그대 안에서 나의 말을 알 것이다

아주 명확하다

내 호흡이 말이 되기도 전에, 여기에 있다

그대는 호흡조차 바라보기 때문이다

그리고 호흡은 말 이전에 있다

호흡은 마음 이전에 있다

그대는 호흡을 바라볼 수 있다, 그대는 누구인가

we are all stupid

don't take it too personally

meaning, somehow we got lost in a way we think we know something, we know where we're going somewhere,

but you don't know yourself

can you know yourself?

actually even this is not true

because there are no two selvs for one to know another

so before even self knowledge is born, you are here

even the meditaion is watched in you

우리는 모두 어리석다

너무 사적으로 받아들이지 마라

어떻게 해서인가 우리는 길을 잃었다는 뜻이다,

우리가 무언가를 안다고 생각한다, 우리가 가고 있는 곳을 안다고 생각한다,

하지만 그대는 그대 자신에 대해 모른다

그대는 그대 자신을 알 수 있는가

사실 이것조차 사실이 아니다

하나가 다른 하나를 아는, 두 자신이 있지 않으므로

그래서 자신의 앎이 태어나기 이전에, 그대는 여기에 있다

명상조차 그대 안에서 바라보아진다

but of course it's not so appealing, because we are addicted to movements, we are addicted to experiences,

even when it is clear, 

still the mind come and the attention goes,

and we forget that the mind coming and the attention arising are also watched

in which does not arise

하지만 물론 그다지 매력적이지 않은 것이다,

우리는 움직임, 경험에 중독되어 있으므로

명확할 때조차,

마음이 나타난다, 주의가 간다,

그리고 우리는 마음이 오고, 주의가 일어나는 것 또한 바라보아진다는 것을 잊는다

일어나지 않는 것 안에서 바라보아진다는 것

where is it?

where is it not?

그것이 어디에 있는가

어디에 있지 않은가

but the mind say, 'i don't want that, there's nothing going on there'

why? because he wants more food,

the belly of the mind is never full

하지만 마음은 말한다, '난 그것을 원하지 않는다, 일어나는 게 없다'

왜 인가, 그는 더 많은 음식을 원하기 때문이다

마음의 배는 결코 차지 않는다

so i see that the whole purpose of existence is to come to find this rest

the intelligence in the world will frustrate there

but the beast of the world will not recognize such one

세상의 지성이 좌절할 곳이다

하지만 세상의 야수는 그러한 자를 알아보지 못할 것이다

우리는 경험에 중독되어 있다

그것은 누구인가, 신이다

언제?

언제 이전이다

그대는 미래를 갖지 않는다, 현재를 갖지 않는다

그대의 문제가 무엇인가

your true self has no past, no future, you don't even have a present

그것들을 바라보는 자인 그대 없이는

그리고 그 바라보는 자로 머물러라, 하지만 동일시 없이

한 번 제자리에 놓고 나면, 그것 스스로 작용한다

그대는, 나타나 보이는 것이 무엇이든 순간적이라는 것을 본다,

그것은 자신 이 아니다

오고 가는 것이므로

바라보는 자는 바라보아지는 것이 아니다

특히 집착 없이

you realize this is independent of the phenomenon appearing through the mind and the senses

just hold onto this

it is not affected by this or anything

and when you acknowledge and see, it is grounded,

then transformation can happen from the person into the presence

그대는, 이것 이 마음과 감각을 통해 나타나 보이는 현상과 별개라는 것을 깨닫는다

단지 이것을 붙들어라

이것이나 저것이나, 어떤 것에 의해서든 영향 받지 않는 것이다

그대가 알아보고, 바라볼 때, 그것은 자리 잡는다

그러면 변형이 일어날 수 있다, 제한된 인식에서 존재로의

because man is conditioned to figure things out

'난 이 모든 것들을 할 수 없다'고 하는 약점이

그대의 단순성을 통해 온다,

복잡함을 통해 오는 것보다 높은 것

무언가를 단순하게 만든다, 그것이 파악할 수 있다

그것이 사랑의 방식이다

그대가 감당할 수 있는 것 이상을 주지 않는다

그것은 그대가 쉽게 할 수 있는 길을 발견한다

그대가 단순하다면, 단순하게 온다

복잡하다, 그러면 복잡하게 나타난다

so nobody's left out

그래서 아무도 버려지지 않는다
