질문자가 바라보아질 수 있다면, 그대는 어느 위치에서 말하고 있는가

we're not speaking about any specific problem

we're bringing everything into beingness

if we bring everything from the perspective of beingness, it's flickable to everybody

우리는 어느 특정한 문제에 대해 말하고 있지 않다

모든 것을 존재로 가져온다

모든 것을 존재의 관점으로 가져온다면, 모두에게 일시적인 것이다

question is answered, questioner is still there

what is observing the questioner?

i don't need necessarily a verbal answer

it's more an opportunity to look and introspect

the greatest clue is that the questioner itself is observable

질문에 답이 주어졌다, 질문자는 아직 있다

무엇이 질문자를 바라보고 있는가

난 꼭 말로 하는 답을 요구하는 것이 아니다

보다는 바라본다, 들여다보는 기회다

가장 큰 실마리는, 질문자 그 자체가 바라보아질 수 있다는 것이다

don't reach quickly for an answer

look and see

서둘러 답에 손을 뻗지 마라

바라봐라

something would like that you forget

because the moment you see, you honor your seeing, 

it's like almost end of game

because the same place to the same one, everything is appearing,

in front and dancing, and disappearing

the same seer,

we don't have another seer

무언가가, 그대가 잊는 것을 좋아한다

왜냐하면 그대가 바라보는 순간, 그대의 바라봄을 소중히 하는 순간,

그건 거의 게임 끝이다

같은 자의 같은 자리이므로,

모든 것이 나타난다, 앞에, 그리고 춤을 추다가, 사라진다

같은 바라보는 자다

우리에게 또 다른 보는 자는 없다

all things are passing, except you

even your personality is passing

when you are still enough, you're able to verify it is so

but if you are easily conquered by fleeting states, then we keep on being beggars

'please help me to come out of this, --'

but we're only speaking from the very shallow perspective of personal identity

모든 것들이 지나간다, 그대를 제외하고

그대의 성격조차 지나간다

그대가 충분히 고요할 때, 그것이 그렇다고 확인할 수 있다

하지만 그대는 지나가는 상태들에 의해 쉽게 정복된다,

그러면 우리는 계속해서 거지가 되어야 한다

'제발 나를 이것에서 꺼내줘, --'

제한된 동일시의, 아주 얕은 관점에서 말하고 있는 것일 뿐이다

if you feel at some point, you're getting caught up in the sludge of mind,

trying to struggle out,

then quick advice, drop everything

it just means, disidentify

how empty can you become?

then you'll see it turns into blessing

if you drop anything, if you don't pick up anything new, what remains?

어느 지점에서, 그대가 마음의 침전물에 잡힌다는 느낌이 든다면,

몸부림치며 빠져나오려 한다면,

즉시 줄 수 있는 조언, 모든 것을 놓아라

동일시하지 마라는 뜻이다

어떻게 그대가 비어있을 수 있게 될까

그러면 그대는 그것이 축복으로 전환되는 것을 볼 것이다

어떤 것이든 놓는다, 새로운 것을 집어들지 않는다 고 하면

무엇이 남아있는가

봐라

something that cannot be picked up and cannot be dropped is there

underlying all states,

all states are changeful

you find you can say, you come to a stateless state

if you want to call it even state

how long will it take?

you don't have to rearrange your mind

집어들 수 없고, 놓을 수 없는 것이 있다

모든 상태들 아래에

상태들은 모두 변한다

그대가 상태 없는 상태에 이른다고 할 수도 있겠다

그것을 상태라고 부른다 하면

그러는데 얼마나 걸릴까

그대의 마음을 재정비해야 할 필요 없다

the more you believe what's happening with you, we have to learn to drop

or let it happen

even feel i drop everything, but the body is still crackling

drop means, not to throw it on the ground

mean, disidentify

leave your existence with existence, and remain only here

and what is left?

그대에게 일어나고 있는 것을 믿을수록,

그것을 놓는 법을 배워야 한다

아니면 일어나도록 둔다

모든 것을 놓는다고 느끼는데, 몸이 아직 덜덜 거린다

놓는다 란, 바닥에 내던진다는 뜻이 아니다

동일시하지 않는다 란 뜻이다

그대의 존재는 존재와 있도록 두어라, 그리고 단지 여기 에 있어라

그러면 무엇이 남아 있는가

this is what i meant that you have the power to transform any state, however chaotic,

to bring it back into silence,

or that you remain in the silence, emptiness

이것이, 그대에게는 어떤 상태든, 얼마나 혼돈스럽든, 변형시킬 수 있는 힘이 있다고 한 뜻이다,

그것을 침묵으로 되돌릴 수 있는 힘

아니면 침묵에, 비어있음에 남아 있는다

is always with you, the moment that you choose to be in your satsang and your search is for the truth,

grace descend upon you

but when you receive it and you're aware of it

it doesn't mean that grace is flowing towards you or from within you,

it' doesn't mean that you don't make some effort

grace does not need any effort,

but the person, if there is the sense of personal identity, 

that will take effort to get it out of the way

not to improve the person but to transcend the person

항상 그대와 있다

그대가 그대의 사트상에 있고, 그대가 찾는 것이 진리인 순간

은혜로움이 그대에게 내려온다

하지만 그것을 받을 때, 그대가 그것을 인식할 때

은혜로움이 그대를 향해 흐르거나, 그대 안에서 흘러 나온다는 뜻이 아니다

그대가 노력을 좀 하지 않아도 된다는 뜻이 아니다

은혜로움은 어떤 노력도 필요 없다

하지만 제한된 인식은, 제한된 동일시의 느낌이 있다면,

그것을 치우기 위한 노력이 들 것이다

제한된 인식을 개선하는 것이 아니라, 변형시키는 것이다

of course, some irritations will come,

but too quickly you interpret that as an obstacle, like it's not meant to come

it's meant to come to test your discernment

because some states will come upon you that you feel totally helpless

but what's happening in a way, we've already bought into it,

by seeing it, it's as though it covers the grace of god

and we take this states too intimately, too quickly, and reading them to be something profound

but they're just passing

물론 짜증과 같은 것들이 나타날 것이다

하지만 그대가 너무 빠르게 그것을 장애로 해석한다,

나타나기로 되어 있지 않은 것인 것처럼

나타나기로 되어 있던 것이다, 그대의 분별을 시험하기 위해

왜냐하면 어떤 상태들은, 그대가 완전히 무기력하게 느끼도록 나타날 것이다

하지만 어느 면에서는, 우리가 이미 그것으로 들어섰다,

그것이 신의 은혜로움을 가리는 것처럼 보는 것으로

그리고 너무 밀접한 것으로, 너무 서둘러 받아들이고

깊은 무언가인 것으로 해석한다

하지만 그것들은 그냥 지나간다

it comes, and anyone can feel, even sages that feel lousy for a little bit,

they don't fight

but they recognize it's calling

not a catastophe, it's calling to look from deeper,

then it is also some phenomenal manifestations

whatever it can come, it is a  phenomenal manifestations

beautiful feelings, ugly feelings, they are all phenomenal,

meaning that they're not your original nature

그런 것이 나타난다, 

그리고 누구라도 느낄 수 있다, 현자들조차 잠시 시끄러움을 느낀다

그들은 싸우지 않는다

하지만 그것이 부르는 것을 알아차린다

재난이 아니다, 더 깊은 곳에서 바라보라는 부름이다,

그것 또한 현상의 드러남이다

무엇이든 나타날 수 있다, 그것이 무엇이든 현상의 드러남이다

아름다운 느낌, 흉측한 느낌, 그것들 모두 현상이다

그대의 본성이 아니라는 뜻이다

so they will come

what you do with it?

we can go sit with that and clarify,

because it can feel so intimate

but that's only from the personal standpoint

feels like it's almost claustrophobic

그런 것들이 나타날 것이다

그대는 어쩌려는가

그것과 앉을 수 있다, 그리고 명확히 한다

왜냐하면 그것이 너무 가까운 것으로 느껴질 수 있다,

하지만 제한된 인식의 관점에서일 뿐이다,

숨이 막히는 것 같다

then in those moments, you may forget 

we forget to be who we are

and we become a person under attack

그런 순간들에, 그대는 잊을 것이다

so these are opportunities for transcending

don't feel all the time you should feel wonderful

you have shown whatever states come,

that you have the power to bring the chaotic state of mind back into stillness

you're smart

but you're not free

let me see if you can go beyond smart

or really be smart, and be what you are

i don't know, i don't think god has any doubt about snything at all, 'let me see',

that's a very human picture of god

그대는 영리하다

하지만 자유롭지 못하다

그대가 영리함을 넘어서 갈 수 있는지 보자

아니면 정말로 영리해라, 그래서 그대인 것으로 있어라

모르겠다, 난 신이 어떤 것에 대해서도 의심을 품을 것이라 생각하지 않는다,

'글쎄'하는 식으로

그것은 매우, 신에 대한 인간 식의 그림이다

you cannot see yourself, you can only be

because everything you see is not yourself

whatever you see or receive externally or internally,

whatever is produced in the mind or though the senses, including the sense i,

is not you

it's not the seer

the seer has no work

it's not active like the person

or even like the sense of presence also, its work is observing,

and generates the necessary grace to support them, to anchor,

rather than go up into the tree of the person

그대는 그대 자신을 볼 수 없다, 그대로 있을 수 있을 뿐이다

그대가 보는 모든 것이 그대 자신이 아니다

그대가 보거나 받아들이는 무엇이든, 밖에서나 안에서나,

마음에서, 감각을 통해서 무엇이 만들어지든,

나 라는 느낌을 포함해서,

그대가 아니다

그것은 보는 자가 아니다

보는 자는 할 일이 없다

제한된 인식처럼 능동적이지 않다

존재의 느낌 또한,

그것의 일은 바라보는 것이다

그리고 그것을 지원하는, 자리잡게 하는, 은혜로움을 만들어낸다,

제한된 인식의 나무로 올라가기 보다

but the pure awareness is that which sees that root,

sees the beingness, is aware of the beingness also

but beinhness which is the impersonal uninvolved witness,

this is the grounding of the self, of the person, mind and the world,

contracts to the peace of the uninvolved witness

하지만 순수 각성은 뿌리를 바라보는 것이다

존재를 바라본다, 존재 또한 인식한다

하지만 존재는, 제한 없는, 개입되어 있지 않은 바라봄이다

이것이 자신 의,

제한된 인식, 마음, 그리고 세상의 근거다,

개입되어 있지 않은 바라봄의 평화로 물러서는 것이다

but witnessing come only when the sense i am comes

in the deep sleep, i am-ness is not

actually it's more there than the person

하지만 바라봄 은,

내가 있다 는 느낌이 나타날 때에만 온다

깊은 잠에서는, 내가 있다 가 있지 않다

사실 그것이, 제한된 인식보다 있는 것이다

what the sages say now,

the witnessing also is the purest phenomenon of the self,

the sense of being

so prior to the being is the self

without moving in a linear direction

현자가 말하는 것은

바라봄 또한, 가장 순수한, 자신 의 현상이라는 것이다

존재의 느낌

그러니 존재 이전이 자신 이다

직선상의 움직임 없는

the earlier portrait of the absolute, the self portrait is the i am

just the manifested self,

then the distortion, 'i am this person, i am the body, --'

절대 의, 제한된 인식 이전의 묘사는

자신 의 이미지는

내가 있다 다

드러내 보이는 자신 이다

그 다음이 왜곡이다, '나는 이런 사람이다, 나는 몸이다, --'는

so sadhana in my sense of the word,

like what we're doing now, sitting in the just being

staying as the informationless presence

그래서 나의 표현에서 수행은,

우리가 지금 하고 있는 것처럼, 

그냥 있는 것에서 있기,

정보 없는 존재로서 머무는 것이다

우리가 나누고 있는 중요한 것은,

경험상 확인되어야 한다

왜냐하면 마음은 그것을 안다는 놀이 또한 할 수 있으므로

can we be free of thought with thought?

they can come, but they lose their significance as we lose the one for whom they come, which is also thought created

that's not an easy thought by the way

that the i who suffers the world is also thought created, thought construct also

because it is so rich, it's got memories, desires, urges, abilities, disabilities, 

everything is there,

so it's imbued with a sense of reality, it feels like the constant admist all the things the mind come

when i say, it's like both the suffering and the sufferer are two sides of one coin,

what perceives the coin is not the coin

우리가 생각으로 생각에서 자유로울 수 있을까

생각, 올 수 있다, 하지만

우리가, 그것들이 다가오는 자를 잃을수록, 생각은 그것들의 의미를 잃는다,

그것들이 향해 다가오는 자 또한 생각에 의해 만들어졌다

하지만 그것은 쉬운 생각은 아니다

세상에서 고통을 겪는다는 나 또한

생각에 의해 만들어졌다, 생각 구조물이다

그것은 너무 풍요롭다, 기억, 욕망, 열망, 능력, 무능력 등을 지녔다, 모든 것이 있다,

그래서 실감난다, 

마음이 나타나는, 그 모든 것들 중에서 항상 있는 것처럼 느껴지는 것이다

내가, 고통과 고통을 겪는 자 둘 다 한 동전의 양면이다 라 할 때,

동전을 인식하는 것은 동전이 아니다

there are so many simple contemplations,

we sit with them enough, they start in so juicy, like juice of nothingness

i say, everyone in the world is searching for the same thing for the space of just rest and emptiness,

and not having to figure anything out, because it's all harmonious

but we have to come to that

god say, 'when you seek me with all your heart, your mind, soul and strength',

mean it's not cheap

you're stirred in your urge

너무나 많은 간단한 숙고들이 있다

우리가 그것들과 앉는다,

아주 맛있어지기 시작한다, 아무 것 아님 쥬스인 것 같다

세상의 모두가 같은 것을 찾고 있다,

그냥 쉼과 비어있음의 공간,

그리고 어떤 것도 헤아려야 할 것 없는,

그 모든 것이 조화로우므로

하지만 우리는 그것에 이르러야 한다

신은, '그대가 그대의 온 가슴, 마음, 영혼, 힘으로 나를 찾을 때'라 말한다

값싼 것이 아니라는 뜻이다

그대는 그대의 열망 속에서 휘저어져야 한다

and listen, here's the trick now

who creates the yearning? and in whom?

it's the total one entity show

but that's not easy to catch

그리고, 여기 함정이 있다

누가 열망을 만들어내는가, 그리고 누구 안에?

완전히 한 존재의 쇼다

하지만 잡아내기 쉬운 것이 아니다

makes a joke out of it that to see how long you can be playing apart from me?

i create you, i create the play, and this play is all my play

i'm the one who is responsible for all the righteousness and all the sins in the world

but you take it seriously or suffer

그것에서 만들어내는 농담,

'그대가 나에게서 얼마나 오래 떨어져 있을 수 있는지 보겠다,

나는 그대를 만들어낸다, 놀이를 만들어낸다, 

그리고 이 놀이는 모두 나의 놀이다

나는 세상의 그 모든 정당함과 온갖 죄악에 대한 책임이 있다

하지만 그대는 진지하게 받아들여라,

그렇지 않으면 고통스럽다'

the important thing that we are sharing has to be verified experientially

because the mind can also play knowing it

we have to experience this

우리가 나누고 있는 중요한 것은,

경험상 확인되어야 한다

왜냐하면 마음은 그것을 안다는 놀이 또한 할 수 있다

우리는 이런 것을 경험해야 한다

that's why we don't have to learn so much

but you have to learn really well the little thing

because in each thing, the whole thing is a little thing

if you try to learn the whole thing, there's no end

but if you find the one thing

그래서 너무 많이 배울 필요 없다

하지만 정말로 잘 배워야 한다, 작은 것을

각각의 것에서, 그 전체의 것이 하나의 작은 것이다

그대가 전체의 것을 배우려 한다면, 끝이 없다

하지만 한 가지를 발견한다면

올바른 이해로 충분하다

그대가 무언가 듣는다, 그것이 울린다,

감각이 볼 수 없는 무언가를 비추어 보여주는 거울과 같다,

그런 상서로움의 정도

if you say,

'i'm resting here in which is not affected by the stuff of the mind and the world and so on,

i'm learning more and more just to bring my attention and to stay with that more consciously',

그대가,

'나는 여기, 마음의 것들과 세상 등등에 의해 영향 받지 않는 것에서 쉬고 있다,

나는 단지 나의 주의를 끌어다가, 그것과 더욱 의식 있게 머무는 것을 배우고 있다'

라고 한다면

i could say good bye right now, and wonderful,

you bless me in the speech

나는 지금 당장 가도 좋아 라 할 수 있을 것이다,

멋지다

그 말로 나를 축복한 것이다

stay in that place

did you have to go there?

how did you get to that place?

그 자리에 머물러라

그대가 그곳으로 가야 했는가

어떻게 그곳에 이르렀는가

instantly you're there, without travelling you're there

your intention push everything else away to declare, 'but i'm here'

that's the easy part,

but to abide in it consciously

that's an exercise you have to do for a while

you have to remember, your beinginess is not with you, is you

즉각 그대는 그곳에 있다, 여행 없이, 그곳에 있다

그대의 의도는 그 밖에 모든 것을 치우고, '난 여기에 있다'라 하는 것이다

그것이 쉬운 부분이다

하지만 그것을 의식 있게 따르는 것은

그것이 잠시 그대가 해야 하는 단련이다

그대는 그대의 존재와 함께 있는 것이 아니라, 그것이 그대라는 것을 떠올려야 한다

so it requires persistent seeing, looking,

because the reflex in the mind is to go back to the identity

to remind you a problem that you've not finished dealing with

what is the antidote for that trouble?

is again to confirm, these are just movements, not myself i'm the witness to them

in the place of witness dissolve all the troubles

that simple exercise is to confirm your eternal nature

and still we don't do it

그러는데 지속적인 바라봄이 요구된다

마음에서의 반동이 동일시로 돌아가기 때문이다,

그대에게 그대가 대처하는 것을 끝내지 못한 문제를 떠올리도록

그 문제에 대한 해결은 무엇인가

다시 확인하는 것이다,

'이것들은 그냥 움직임들이다, 나 자신이 아니다, 나는 그것들을 바라보는 자다',

바라봄의 자리에서 그 모든 문제들이 해소된다

그 단순한 단련으로 그대의 영원한 본성을 확인한다

그럼에도 우리는 그렇게 하지 않는다

that is the force of maya

that we're so preoccupied with our terrestial existence, it takes so much

and it has its place,

it's not that we need to get rid of that life

just continue resting in the being

and the lord takes care of everything

lord meaning all that is

그것이 환영의 힘이다

우리는 우리 영역의 존재에 너무 몰두해 있다, 그것이 너무 많이 차지한다

그것에는 그것의 자리가 있다

우리가 그런 삶을 제거해야 한다는 것이 아니다

그냥 계속해서 존재에서 쉬어라

그러면 신이 모든 것을 보살핀다

신 이란, 있는 그 모든 것

and try to do it and see if you can verify it is so or not

그렇게 해봐라, 그것이 그런지 아닌지 그대가 확인할 수 있다

you don't have to understand so much

right understanding is enough

so that level of auspicousness that you hear something and it resonate,

it's like a mirror that reflects something that senses cannot see

그대는 너무 많이 이해해야 할 것 없다

올바른 이해로 충분하다

그대가 무언가 듣는다, 그것이 울린다,

감각이 볼 수 없는 무언가를 비추어 보여주는 거울과 같다,

그런 정도의 상서로움

그대는 어제에서 살고 있지 않다, 의식의 지금 에서 살고 있다

그것이 그대의 맥박이다

그 의식을 이해해라

and of course the mind will come

but it must come now in a way that you can see it and distinguuish,

it comes with its own enzyme,

still only phenomenal

and anything which comes and goes is not real

and it's going to become so clear for you 

that you will not lose your energy

물론 마음이 나타날 것이다

하지만 이제, 그대가 그것을 보고 구별할 수 있는 방식으로 와야 한다

마음은 그 자신만의 효소를 들고 온다,

그럼에도 현상일 뿐이다

그리고 오고 가는 것은 어느 것이든, 진짜가 아니다

그것이 그대에게 아주 분명해질 것이다

그대의 에너지를 잃지 않게 될 것이다

so you stop being so needy, needy, begging, begging

you start to radiate more real power, the energy of truth that you are

i feel somehow that also my body become exhausted staying on the level of the needy you're feeling,

but it will still come because the mechanism of conditioning running over so long,

we don't know how long

we're not newcomers

그러면 그대는 너무 '채워줘, 채워줘'하는 식을 그만두게 된다

보다 진짜 힘, 그대 인 진리의 에너지를 뿜어내기 시작한다

어떻든 나의 몸 또한, 그대가 느끼는 '제발 어떻게 해줘' 식의 단계에 머무는데 지쳤다

하지만 여전히 그것은 나타날 것이다,

조건화의 작동 방식이 아주 오래,

얼마나 오래인지는 우리가 모른다

우리는 새로 온 자들이 아니다

i feel now i cannot work at your convenience,

at the convenience of the mind, this is your creation also,

something keep believing that, prescribing the way that it works for you,

this you, i've seen it doesn't exist

is ghost, ghost stories, very believable ghost

나는 이제 그대의 편의에 맞춰 움직일 수 없다

마음의 편의에 맞춘다, 이것 또한 그대의 창조물이다

무언가가 계속해서 그것을 믿는다, 그것이 그대에게 작용한다는 식으로 설명한다

이 그대, 나는 그것이 존재하지 않는 것을 봐 왔다

유령이다, 유령의 이야기들이다, 아주 믿을 만한 유령

you have to have the will

but in a funny paradox, even the will come from grace

it responds to something because human being is fundametally consciousness

change your path so many times, lose your path so many times, you're still here

you cannot be these things, identity, different characters, history, it's all illusory

it's only value to you and people who are close to you

who can maintain and retain for as long as they don't get alzheimer

그대는 그 의지를 가져야 한다

하지만 웃기게도, 그 의지조차 은혜로움에서 나올 것이다,

그것이 무언가에 응답한다, 

인간 존재는 근본적으로 의식이므로

길을 아주 많이 바꾼다, 아주 많이 잃는다, 그럼에도 그대는 여기에 있다

그대는 이런 것들일 수 없다,

동일시, 다양한 성격, 과거사, 그런 모든 것이 환영이다

단지 그대와 그대에게 가까운 사람들에게만 가치 있을 뿐이다,

계속 그럴 수 있는 이들, 

그들이 알츠하이머에 걸리지 않는 한

what is it that cannot go?

don't you want to find it out?

that alone, it belongs to eternal

give me a sample of your yesterday!

you're not living in yesterday, you're living in the now-ness of consciousness

that's the pulse of you

understand that consciousness

갈 수 없는 그것은 무엇인가

그대는 그것을 발견하고 싶지 않은가

그것만이, 영원에 속한다

내게 어제의 한 부분을 내놔봐라

그대는 어제에서 살고 있지 않다, 의식의 지금 에서 살고 있다

그것이 그대의 맥박이다

그 의식을 이해해라

what is your super weapon though? in the beiggest crisis of things, what is your protection? the worst is coming

어떻든 그대의 최강 무기는 무엇인가, 가장 큰 위기 때

그대를 지키는 것은 무엇인가, 최악의 것이 오고 있는 때

this is how you look,

whatever it is, only passing

if you are identified, you are also passing

don't be entertained by them, sit with them

그것이 그대가 바라보는 식이다,

그것이 무엇이든, 지나갈 뿐이다 라고

동일시되어 있다면, 그대 또한 지나간다

그것들에 놀아나지 마라, 붙들고 앉아라

기도에서 또한, '그런 생각 중에 나는 어떻게 편안하게 있을 수 있을까요',

그런 식으로,

그것이 무엇이든

왜냐하면 올 것이고, 

그러면 환영해라

하지만 동일시되면, 그대는 희생자가 된다, 그러면 혼동에 빠진다

what's the value of everything when there is nothing but it?

모든 것의 가치가 무엇인가, 그것 외 있는 것이 없는데

we are sharing like this, what're you learning?

is it that you're learning or dissolving something?

우리가 이처럼 나누고 있다, 그대는 무엇을 배우는가

그대는 배우는가, 아니면 무언가가 사라지는가

who want to complete anything?

because something is already complete

it's not completed, just complete

but while there is some doubt in the self, there'll be something to say, 'yeah but what about this?'

because ego is always trying to create a little bit more life

so we try to measrue something or to understand something

누가, 어떤 것, 을 끝내고 싶어하는가

왜냐하면 무언가가 이미 완결되어 있다

완성되는 것이 아니다, 그냥 완결되어 있다

하지만 자신 안에서 의심이 있는 동안에는, 

'그래, 하지만 이건 어떤데?'라 말하는 것이 있을 것이다

왜냐하면 에고는 항상 좀 삶 같은 것을 만들어내려 한다

그래서 무언가를 잰다, 혹은 무언가를 이해하려 한다

it doesn't mean you have to stop the pendulum

you finish

then the peldulum will not exist

the pendulm is swinging because we are interested in the outcome

it's not that we have to stop something

when you're aware of yourself, then whether these things go or not becomes insignificant

but if you take your energy away from you to look at that thing, then it becomes important,

you're caught in the traffic of that

그대가 그 펜듈럼을 멈추어야 한다는 뜻이 아니다

그대가 끝나라

그러면 펜듈럼은 존재하지 않을 것이다

펜듈럼은, 우리가 결과에 관심이 있기 때문에 흔들린다

우리가 무언가를 멈추어야 하는 것이 아니다

그대가 그대 자신을 인식할 때, 

그러면 이런 것들이 가든 아니든, 중요하지 않게 된다

하지만 그대가 그대에게서 그대의 에너지를 빼서, 그것을 바라본다면,

그러면 그것이 중요해진다,

그대는 그것의 복잡한 상황에 사로잡힌다

하지만 세상은 그대에게 말한다,

그대는 무언가 알아야 한다, 계획을 가져야 한다, 역사와 자격을 가져야 한다,

좀 혼동된 영혼은 이런 것들을 손 본다,

사랑받기를 원하기 때문이다

하지만 그대는 결코, 혼란스러운 또 다른 영혼에게 사랑 받을 수 없다

그래서 위선이 세상에 나타난다

'너 너무 잘 한다, --',

아무도 잘 하고 있지 않다

그대가 있기 위해 무슨 기술을 적용하고 있는가

그대는 마음이 세상을 운영하고 있다고 생각한다,

제한된 인식, 마음이 세상을 무너뜨리고 있다

비어 있어라, 그러면 모든 것들이 제대로 작동한다

조화와 사랑으로, 언제나 모든 것을 지원하고 있는 에너지가 있다

에고는 그렇게 할 수 없다

에고는 이기적이다, 의혹을 품는다, 그리고 두려워한다

and the mind wants to tell you technique and the route, 

you don't need

the self is natural

마음은 그대에게 기술, 경로 등을 말하고 싶어한다

그대에게 필요 없다

자신 은 자연스럽다

are you empty or full?

그대는 비어있는가, 아니면 차 있는가

any difference between empty and full?

비어있는 것과 차 있는 것 사이에 차이가 있는가

full means fulfilled

차 있다 란 충족되어 있다 는 뜻이다

the highest definition you can't touch it

actually it's wordless

but in the realm of words, some words carry subtlety behind

like i say, space emptiness beingness presence consciousness

consciousness doesn't call itself conscousness

is neither verb nor noun

가장 높은 정의는 닿을 수 없다

사실 그것은 말 없다

하지만 말의 영역에서, 어떤 말들은 뒤에 미묘함을 지니고 있다

내가,

공간, 비어있음, 존재, 현존, 의식 이라 말하는 것처럼

의식은 그 자신을 의식이라 하지 않는다

동사도 아니고 명사도 아니다

but can your being bear that?

because for a time we need to be something, a label, a state, a  position

can you bear the positionless?

even the one who is bearing, you don't have to bear

it just means that mind is afraid

for a while, mind is afraid of emptiness

하지만 그대의 존재는 그것을 견딜 수 있을까

잠시 동안 우리는, 무언가가 되어야 한다는 것 같다,

이름표, 어떤 상태, 어떤 위치

위치 없음을 견딜 수 있는가

견딘다고 하는 자도, 그대가 견뎌야 할 필요 없다

그냥 마음이 두려워한다는 뜻이다

잠시 동안, 마음은 비어있음을 두려워한다

activity of the mind is trying to cover up your now-ness

and so you talk about the past and the future, now is just locked, this is fake lock

nowness is not an instant of time

and there's nobody who has experienced tomorrow or yesterday

all are the reflections of now

what is the history and the content of now?

마음의 활동은 그대의 지금 을 덮으려 한다

그래서 그대가 과거와 미래에 대해 말한다,

이제 지금 이 차단된다, 가짜 차단이다

지금 은 시간의 한 순간이 아니다

내일이나 어제를 경험한 자는 아무도 없다

모두 지금 이 비추어 보이는 것들이다

지금 의 역사와 내용은 무엇인가

but the world tell you, you have to know something, have a plan, history and credit

the soul that has been a bit confused, fix up these things,

because it wants to be loved

but you can never be loved by another confused soul

that's why hypocricy is coming to the world

'you're so good, --', nobody is good

하지만 세상은 그대에게 말한다, 그대는 무언가 알아야 한다, 계획을 가져야 한다,

what technique are you applying to be?

you think the mind is running the world, the person is ruining the world

be empty and things are functioning well,

there's energy that is always sustaining everything in harmony and with love

ego cannot do it like that

ego is selfish, suspicious and afraid

물기나 아름다운 것 같은 것과 가만히 아름다운 느낌이 드는 것과 같은 것에 있게 되면

제정신이 아니고

깨져서 추한? 느낌 현실 같은 것이

꿈에서 깨어나는 것이라

으아 오랫동안도 생각해 왔다

어떻게 그건 제정신이라고

그래서 내내 추하고 씁쓸하고 맛 없는 맛을 현실로

그러니 그것으로 또한 가만 있질 못한다
