내가 말한 적 있다,

내가 보고 있는 지금의 바라보는 장에서

나에게는, 깨어날 수 있는 가장 강한 기회를 가진 그들

왜냐하면 그들은 끔찍한 마음을 갖고 있기 때문이다

그들은 마음을 즐길 수 없다, 그것을 통해 꿈 꿀 수 없다,

마음은 너무 많은 문제를 준다

그래서 아무도 세상에서 그대를 고용하고 싶어하지 않을 것이다

세상은 강한 마음, 좋은 마음을 원하므로

하지만 나는 나쁜 마음이 괜찮다

작용하지 않는 마음

세상에서 작용하지 않는 마음이란 선물은, 세상에 끌려하지 않는다

you've got a human instrument

the consciousness is sufficiently sophisticated to combust to that understanding into purity

to wake up its effortless reality

but while it has an identity, tremendous efforts needs to be made

because identity already lives in the ocean of maya to come out,

takes tremendous strength

그대는 인간이란 도구를 가졌다

의식이 충분히 정교해서, 이해로, 순수로 변할 수 있다

그 자신의, 노력 없는 실재에 깨어날 수 있다

하지만 그것이 동일시를 갖는 동안에는,

어마어마하게 노력해야 한다

동일시라는 것으로 이미, 빠져 나와야 하는 환영의 바다에서 살고 있는 것이기 때문이다

엄청나게 힘이 든다

somewhere beings, they're already out to see that maya,

and the one overcoming it are all illusory

we cannot just believe that

so what to give training to an identity or an entity to come out of entitiness

we can do

어딘가의 존재들, 그들은 이미 나와 그 환영을 본다

그것을 극복하는 자 모두 환영이다

우리는 그것을 그냥 믿을 수는 없다

동일시 혹은 어떤 존재임에서 벗어나야 하는 어떤 존재에게 단련을 내준다,

i was saying, amongst current observation field that i see,

for me, they stand the strongest chance of waking up

because they have terrible minds

they can't enjoy their mind, they can't fantasixe through it, it gives too much trouble

so nobody will want to employ you in the world

because they want strong mind, good mind

내가 보고 있는 지금의 바라보는 장에서

나에게는, 깨어날 수 있는 가장 강한 기회를 가진 그들

왜냐하면 그들은 끔찍한 마음을 갖고 있기 때문이다

the mind that is not working

because the gift of the mind that is not working in the world, is not attracted to the world

하지만 나는 나쁜 마음이 괜찮다

작용하지 않는 마음

세상에서 작용하지 않는 마음이란 선물은, 세상에 끌려하지 않으므로

'모든 것이 날 물어뜯는 것으로 된다'

amongst the number of people here who stand a chance just to see through the play,

you stand a very good chance to wake up

it may seem to you, 'oh my mind is terrible, i'm never going to get out of it'

but it's so terrible, you can actually use it

because you don't go there for your fantasies now

because they don't work for you

여기에 있는 사람들 중에서, 그 게임을 관통해서 볼 수 있는 기회를 가진 자들,

그대는 깨어날 수 있는 아주 좋은 기회를 갖는다

그대에게는, '아 내 마음은 끔찍하다, 난 이것에서 못 빠져나가겠구나'로 보일지도 모르겠다

하지만 그것이 아주 끔찍해서, 그대는 그것을 사실 활용할 수 있다

왜냐하면 이제, 그대의 꿈들을 향해 그곳에 가지 않으므로

그것들이 그대에게 작용하지 않는다

but for the ego identity, it works

we have aspirations in personhood to postpone the opportunity to go beyond it

because we have certain desire and ambition in the state of personhood

that we don't want to give up investment in fulfilling our fantasy through them

하지만 에고 동일시에게는, 마음이 작용한다

제한된 인식으로 열망을 갖는다

그것을 넘어설 수 있는 기회를 지연한다

제한된 인식으로의 욕망과 야망을 갖고 있기 때문이다

그것들을 통해 우리 꿈을 성취하는데서, 투자를 포기하고 싶어하지 않는다

something is afraid of being nothing

but is that you also?

무언가가, 아무 것 아닌 것으로 있는 것을 두려워한다

하지만 두려워 하는 그것이 그대인가

you are before it

is that itself saying before anything?

go be there at the place

don't comment about it

그대는 그것 이전에 있다 라

그것 그 자신이 어떤 것 이전에 있다라 하는가

그 자리로 가서 있어라

그것에 대해 말하지 마라

whatever is running away from seeing, must be clearly seen, 

this is not true

it is not that which is

it is not running away from itself

보는 것에서 달아나고 있는 그것이 무엇이든, 분명히 바라보아진다,

사실이 아닌 것이다

있는 것이 아니다

그것은 그 자신에게서 달아나고 있지 않다

and intellect can also feel content with seeming finding

next minute, it's clear that there's some big indulgence or play in personhood

지력은 발견하는 것 같아 보이는 것으로도 만족함을 느낄 수 있다

there's a belief that you need to break through something

this you need to break through something is an idea you have of yourself

something gets pulled into the shape of the person again,

it has hitory, habit, and so on

you're trying to win, you're trying to get back to self,

all of these things are also in the mind now

the highest and the simplest

maybe you're not ready for it

this is strong

it is the stage, but it is not the self

그러니 어떻게 만나야 하는가

두통이 있는 것 괜찮다, 등이 아픈 것 괜찮다,

지나간다, 운동할 수 있다,

하지만 그대 자신을 잊지 마라

왜냐하면 세상의 온갖 소음이 그대가 그대 자신 안에서 쉬지 못하도록 부르고 있다

그대의 몸에 주의를 두는 것은, 가장 직접적 방식으로 그대 자신에 주의를 주는 것이 아니다

그런 것 같아 보일 수 있다

이 치료, 저 치료를 위해 가고, 이 책 저 책을 읽고,

무언가를 우리 자신에게 주는 느낌일 수 있다

하지만 그것은 직접적이지 않다, 진짜가 아니다, 가장 높은 사실이 아니다

그대 자신과 앉는 법을 배워라

이런 온갖 치료 등은, 단지 우리 안의 요구와 아픔을 강화하는 것일 뿐이다

사실 그것들은 우리를 아프게 한다

나는 말하는 것이 중요하다고 느껴지는 것이,

우리는 우리가 사랑하는 이들에게 또한 이렇게 하고 있기 때문이다,

그것이 도움이 된다고 생각하면서

하지만 그것은 문화적 질병과 우리 존재 안의 편하지 않음을 개발한다

우리가 충분하지 않은 듯

그대 로 충분하다

그대가 마비되어 있다 해도, 그것이 무엇이라 하더라도,

그대 자신에게 시간을 내라

세상을 내버려두는 법을 배운다는 의미에서

그것이 흐르도록 두어라

강물은 마음이다, 강 마음은 흘러간다

그리고 그대는 그것을 인식할 수 있다

하지만 너무 가까이에서 바라보지 마라, 상세하게

땅 위로 가서 바라봐라, 흐름에서 벗어나 있어라

침묵의 강물 또한 아니다

그냥 아무 것 아닌 것으로

그리고 모순되게도 아무 것 아닌 것에서, 그대는 모든 것임을 발견한다, 그대 자신을 발견한다

여기에서의 그대 자신을 결코 아프지 않다, 분열되어 있지 않다

this is pervading in our life

even in an ashram, look how peaceful a part of the world we is

and it's very very peaceful and quiet,

and still the world comes in here

because we're so obssessed with things to do, to fix and to change and to go on new techniques, new things,

this is our lives in the world, it's like that

and there's no place for just being

i wanna say, guys just rest in being

이런 것이 우리 삶에 널리 퍼져 있다

아쉬람에서도,

얼마나 평화로운 세상의 일부에 우리가 있는데

아주 평화롭고 고요하다,

그럼에도 세상이 여기로 들어선다

우리가 너무 하는 것들에 사로잡혀 있기 때문이다,

고치고, 변화시키고, 새로운 기술들로, 새로운 것들로

이것이 세상에서 우리의 삶이다, 그런 식이다

그리고 단지 존재를 위한 자리가 없다

내가 말하고 싶은 것은, 단지 존재에서 쉬어라

it's ok to have a headache, you have a backhurts

it passes, you can do your exercise,

but don't forget yourself

두통이 있는 것 괜찮다, 등이 아픈 것 괜찮다,

지나간다, 운동할 수 있다,

하지만 그대 자신을 잊지 마라

because all the noise in the world is calling you to not rest in yourself

putting attention in your body is not giving attention to yourself in the most direct way

it might seem like it is

going for this treatment, that treatment, reading this book and that book,

may feel like giving something to our self

but it's not direct, it's not real, it's not the highest truth

learn to sit with yourself

왜냐하면 세상의 온갖 소음이 그대가 그대 자신 안에서 쉬지 못하도록 부르고 있다

그대의 몸에 주의를 두는 것은, 가장 직접적 방식으로 그대 자신에 주의를 주는 것이 아니다

그런 것 같아 보일 수 있다

이 치료, 저 치료를 위해 가고, 이 책 저 책을 읽고,

무언가를 우리 자신에게 주는 느낌일 수 있다

하지만 그것은 직접적이지 않다, 진짜가 아니다, 가장 높은 사실이 아니다

그대 자신과 앉는 법을 배워라

it came from me because i'm one who is called to sit with everybody

you have to really take time to sit with yourself

what does it mean?

doesn't mean to find nice chair, somewhere in the forest, yes, you have that chance,

but it could be in busy place

나에게서 온 것이다, 나는 모두와 앉도록 불린 자이므로

그대는 정말로, 그대 자신과 앉기 위한 시간을 내야 한다

무슨 뜻인가

좋은 의자를 찾고, 숲 속 어딘가에서 란 뜻이 아니다,

그럴 수 있다, 하지만 분주한 곳에서일 수도 있다

all these remedies and stuff, they just intensify neediness in us and sickness

actually they make us sick

and i feel important to say, because we're doing this to our loved ones as well,

thinking that is helpful

but it's developing a cultural disease and dis-ease in our being,

like we're not enough

이런 온갖 치료 등은, 단지 우리 안의 요구와 아픔을 강화하는 것일 뿐이다

사실 그것들은 우리를 아프게 한다

나는 말하는 것이 중요하다고 느껴지는 것이,

우리는 우리가 사랑하는 이들에게 또한 이렇게 하고 있기 때문이다,

그것이 도움이 된다고 생각하면서

하지만 그것은 문화적 질병과 우리 존재 안의 편하지 않음을 발달시킨다

우리가 충분하지 않은 듯

you are enough

even if you are paralyzed, whatever it is, you give time to yourself

in the sense that you learn to leave the world alone, let it flow by

and the river is the mind, the river mind flow by

and you can be aware of it, but don't watch it too closely, in detail

go above ground and watch it, just stay out of the flow

그대로 충분하다

그대가 마비되어 있다 해도, 그것이 무엇이라 하더라도,

그대 자신에게 시간을 내라

세상을 내버려두는 법을 배운다는 의미에서

그것이 흐르도록 두어라

강물은 마음이다, 강 마음은 흘러간다

그리고 그대는 그것을 인식할 수 있다

하지만 너무 가까이에서 바라보지 마라, 상세하게

땅 위로 가서 바라봐라, 흐름에서 벗어나 있어라

not a river of silence either

just come to nothing

and in the nothing paradoxically, you find eveyrthingness, you find yourself

and yourself here is never sick, is never fragmented

침묵의 강물 또한 아니다

그냥 아무 것 아닌 것으로

그리고 모순되게도 아무 것 아닌 것에서, 그대는 모든 것임을 발견한다, 그대 자신을 발견한다

여기에서의 그대 자신을 결코 아프지 않다, 분열되어 있지 않다

this is the inside my teaching

everybody, anybody can follow

take time for yourself

이것이 나의 가르침 안의 것이다

모두가, 어느 누구든 따를 수 있다

그대 자신에게 시간을 내라

you have an opportunity in this form to find god anywhere

some people have to go to prison to find god

we are rich in opportunity

it's not just about do do do do do

그대는 이 형상에서 어느 곳에서든 신을 발견할 수 있는 기회를 가졌다

어떤 사람들은 신을 발견하기 위해 감옥에 가야 한다

우리는 기회에서 풍요롭다

단지 하는 것 하는 것 하는 것에 관한 것에 아니다

this world is not going to love you

this world has never really really loved a true being

because it's completely immsersed in falsehood

the world, not the earth but the mind cooperated with personal identity

it doesn't love itself also, although it seems it prefers, but it doesn't really, secretly it's a shame

secretly we're shamed of ourselves

이 세상은 그대를 사랑하지 않을 것이다

이 세상은 정말로 정말로, 진실한 존재를 사랑한 적이 없다

완전히 그릇된 것에 잠겨 있으므로

이 세상은 지구를 말하는 것이 아니라, 제한된 동일시에 협력하는 마음

그것은 그 자신 또한 사랑하지 않는다,

그러는 것 같아 보여도, 정말로는 그렇지 않다, 비밀스럽게 부끄럽다

비밀리에 우리는 우리 자신을 부끄러워한다

and the thing is that the one who looks at you is not cursing you

but shame which is caught up with your old identity which we call our self will feel like,

it's coming from all side, all mixed up

그리고 그대를 보는 자는 그대를 저주하고 있는 것이 아니다

우리가 우리 자신이라 하는 낡은 동일시에 사로잡힌 부끄러움이 그처럼 느낄 것이다,

모든 곳에서 오는 것으로, 온통 뒤섞여서

mind cannot be against being

because being is his all root

but it can fight nuclear wars with ego, the conflict gives it power

마음은 존재에 대항해 있을 수 없다

존재가 그의 모든 근원이다

하지만 마음은 에고와 핵전쟁을 할 수 있다, 갈등이 그것에 힘을 준다

it's not about what we're learning

it's our recognizing our own desperateness

and how we've been deceived in our own structures

but also the world come, and it resonates in a place in you that you have missed you're not conscious of

and it begins to open up space again inside

it's not the person, person is going to vanish actually

우리가 배우는 것에 관한 것이 아니다

우리 자신의 절박함을 알아차리는 것이다

우리가 어떻게 우리 자신의 구조 안에서 속아 왔는지

또한 세상이 나타난다, 그것은 그대 안에서,

but while he is fullof  employment, he's not going to give up his job

not your person, person cannot do anything

person is artificial intelligence, the ai of the ego world

it cannot do it

제한된 인식은 인공 지능이다, 에고 세상의 ai다

할 수 없다

that's why himility come

something inside us, please help me

그래서 겸손함이 온다

우리 안의 무언가, '부디 날 도와달라'

it's wise to ask for help until you beyond the need for help

the only wasy is not good to ask for help is somebody who is asking for help by just habit

but if the asking for help is humble, then the light of god rushes in

and no techniques can compare with that

no technique is as quick as god's response to genuine call

그대가 도움을 요청할 필요를 넘어설 때까지, 도움을 구하는 것이 현명하다

도움을 구하는 것이 좋지 않은 유일한 길은, 그냥 습관으로 도움을 요청하는 누군가

하지만 도움을 구하는 것이 겸손하다면, 그러면 신의 빛이 돌진한다

그리고 어떤 기법도 그것에 비할 수 없다

어떤 기술도 진심인 부름에 대한 신의 응답만큼 빠르지 않다

technique again will build up pride for the one, 'i did, --'

기술은 다시, '내가 했다, --'고 하는 자에게 자부심을 세워줄 것이다

이쁘다 귀엽다 잘생겼다 아름답다 착하다 

그런 것들 떼고 볼수록

거꾸로 독을 던지는 게 아니라

자기 마음과 같은 것에 속지 않더라

분주한 곳에, 분주한 분위기에서

오지 않고 가지 않는 것을 보는 것 좋더라

이 단순한 가리킴이, 영혼이 그것을 붙들기에 너무 어렵다

동일시가 너무나 강한 습관이므로

그대가 가장 높은 수행을 한다 해도, 동일시에서

how much we are living either in the personal self or impersonal self?

living in the personal self, there's no end to keep coming up

the impersonal, is to surrender things,

and if you're genuine in them, it takes care of everything

you don't remember learning anything

but the way that the being is functioning and the mind is changed

things become more clear

it's like you're being schooled from inside, but you're not going to school

우리는 얼마나,

제한된 인식의 자신으로 살고 있는가,

아니면 제한 없는 자신으로 살고 있는가

제한된 인식의 자신으로 산다는 것에는,

뭔가 나타나는 것에 끝이 없다

제한 없는 것은, 내맡기는 것이다

그것에서 그대가 진심이라면, 그것이 모든 것을 보살핀다

배우는 어떤 것도 기억하지 않는다

하지만 존재와 마음이 움직이는 방식이 변한다

보다 명확해진다

안으로부터 배우는 것 같다, 학교에 가지 않는데

that's the huge realization, i say

because sometimes still use the 'i' which is the main cause of trouble, to cure the trouble it cause

but when you say i is kind of trouble

even seeing that clearly,

this abiding in the beingness is doing not automatically

or if you pray that is offered,

'please delete the messages inside my being that is still keeping this portrait of person going,

the fruit of this message creating pain here and others............

and to delete or to transform or to dissolve those seeds

that you are either conscious or unconscious of them'

그것은 엄청난 깨어남이라고 하겠다

여전히 '나'를 사용하곤 한다,

문제의 주 원인이고, 그것이 일으키는 문제를 치료하겠다는 것이

그대가 나 라고 말할 때의 나가 문제와 같다

그것을 명확하게 보면서도

존재로 있기가 자동으로 되지 않는다,

혹은 기도라면,

'나의 존재 안에서, 아직 제한된 인식이 진행되고 있는, 그 메시지를 지워주세요,

여기에서, 그리고 다른 이들에게 고통을 일으키는 이 메시지의 결실을,

그런 씨앗들을 지우거나 변형시키거나 해소시켜주세요,

내가 인식하고 있는 것이든 인식하고 있지 못하는 것이든'

that's a very powerful prayer

because it starts in the answered way mysteriously

you see again that vasanic identity come, you can catch it, by grace,

'this one, i offer consciously now'

that can happen as you go like that

아주 강력한 기도다

왜냐하면 알 수 없게 대답된 방식으로 시작하기 때문에

그대가 다시 본다, 습성 동일시가 나타난다, 그대가 그것을 잡아낼 수 있다, 은혜로움에 의해

'이거다, 난 이제 의식해서 내놓는다'

그런 것이 그대가 그처럼 갈수록 일어날 수 있다

but above all things, i would say,

if you're able to see, or if you renounce, you're going to say, personal identity

or just continue to look, most direct, keep looking,

whatever you conceive or perceive through the mind or the senses, is just phenomenon,

none of it stays

none of it at all is real from this place

하지만 모든 것들 중에서도,

그대가 볼 수 있다면,

혹은 제한된 동일시를 포기하겠다고 하면,

혹은 그냥 계속해서 바라본다, 가장 직접적이다, 계속해서 바라보기

그대가 마음이나 감각을 통해 인식하는 것은 무엇이든, 그냥 현상이다

그것 중 어떤 것도 머물지 않는다

이 자리에서는 그런 것 어떤 것도 전혀 진짜가 아니다

then you're already stepping out of the planet actually

that all comprehensive knowledge takes care of things

you're more start to feel, it's unreal

still there are things to be done in the world because you have your body

but it's more wind assisted and powerful thing

그러면 그대는 이미 사실 행성에서 벗어나 있다

모든 것을 아우르는 앎이 보살핀다

그대는, 마음이나 감각을 통해 인식하는 것이, 실제가 아닌 것을 느끼기 시작한다 

여전히 세상에서 해야 할 것들이 있다, 그대가 몸을 갖고 있으므로

하지만 그것은 바람이 뒤에서 불어주는 듯 쉬운 쪽이다, 그리고 강력한 것이다

for me now, i have to use this dynamic expression to push sahaja into a new dimension

and it's like a very difficult birth

it's a strong idea, but it's not like that

in a way to keep bringing something in front,

you're crying because i'm expresssing my great kindness to you

your mind never solved anything

이제 나로서는

이 역동적 표현들을 사하자를 새로운 차원으로 밀어붙이기 위해 사용해야 한다

그리고 그것은 아주 어려운 탄생 같다

강한 개념이다, 하지만 그렇지는 않다

무언가를 앞에 계속해서 갖다 두는 방식으로다

and i feel it's very important to experience those changes happening which is not the grace of your person

something is just maturing, like life comes out of itself

그대의 제한된 인식의 은혜로움이 아닌 것을

무언가가 그냥 성숙한다, 삶이 그 자신에게서 나오는 것처럼

so this simple pointing is very difficult for the soul to hold it

because the identity is such a strong habit

that even your practicing the highest from the identity

이 단순한 가리킴이, 영혼이 그것을 붙들기에 너무 어렵다

동일시가 너무나 강한 습관이므로

그대가 가장 높은 수행을 한다 해도, 동일시에서

내가 발견한 것으로, 우리가 주의하지 않으면

가장 높은 철학, 심지어 신성한 경전마저,

마음이 앗을 수 있다

그리고 그것들은 얼 로 변화되지 않는다

왜냐하면 마음은 아는 것이 좋다, '난 안다'라 놀이할 수 있다

하지만 여기 에서 그대는 변화하도록, 그대 자신으로 돌아가도록 도전받는다

나에게는, 깨어남 없이 아는 것은 아무것도 아니다

그것이 우리가 항상, 제한된 인식의 느낌이 시련을 겪는 것으로 느껴지는 것일 것이다

sweet detachment

not cynical detachment, loving detachment

go to your love, the world needs your love

we each need or feed

not the needy love

기분 좋은 집착 없음

냉소적 집착 없음이 아니다, 사랑하는 집착 없음이다

그대의 사랑으로 가라, 세상은 그대의 사랑을 필요로 한다

우리 각자 필요로 한다, 혹은 양분이 된다

요구가 많은 사랑이 아니라

the highest philosophy, even the holy scriptures,

the mind can take them

and they don't get combust into spirit

because the mind can play that knowledge is good, 'i know'

but here you're challenged to combust into, back into yourself

because for me, knowledge without realization is nothing

that's what we'll always feel challenged for the sense of person

내가 발견한 것으로, 우리가 주의하지 않으면

가장 높은 철학, 심지어 신성한 경전마저,

마음이 앗을 수 있다

그리고 그것들은 얼 로 변화되지 않는다

왜냐하면 마음은 아는 것이 좋다, '난 안다'라 놀이할 수 있다

하지만 여기 에서 그대는 변화하도록, 그대 자신으로 돌아가도록 도전받는다

actually the mind or the sense of person is longing for this

but forget, we play hide and seek

why is this important, because we give the importance to mind and the person

if you don't give so much importance enough to identify with it,

it will come to serve you

mind is also of god

the ego is also written in the book of life

that we'll carry this identity for a while to feel it

and to make use of it in the game of transcending

사실 마음, 혹은 제한된 인식의 느낌은 이것 을 갈망하고 있다

하지만 잊는다

우리는 술래잡기를 한다

왜 이것이 중요한가, 우리가 마음과 제한된 인식에 중요성을 내주기 때문이다

그대가 그것과 동일시하기에 충분할 만큼 중요도를 많이 내주지 않는다면,

그것은 그대에게 와서 기여할 것이다

마음 또한 신의 것이다

에고 또한 삶의 책에 씌여 있다

우리가 잠시 이 동일시를 지고, 느끼도록

그리고 그것을 변형의 게임에서 활용하기 위해

this world is never going to please you nor fulfill you

for that you must awaken here, beyond the regions of the mind,

it's all here, everything, nothing is really missing

and i feel my great joy is to share that, to point it out,

in a relatable, accesible, real way

이 세상은 결코 그대를 기쁘게 하지 않을 것이다, 그대를 채워주지도 않을 것이다

그대가 여기 에서 깨어나야 하므로, 마음의 영역을 넘어서

모든 것이 여기 에 있다, 모든 것이, 정말로 잃는 것이 없다

그리고 나의 큰 기쁨은 그것을 나누는 것, 그것을 가리키는 것이라 여긴다,

그대가 가리켜 진 것을 찾을 수 있다면

그것이 그대를, 이 세상의 영역 넘어서 데려갈 것이다

몸과 여기에 있는 동안

몸은 좋다, 최상의 존재로부터의 아름다운 선물이다

감각들 좋다, 세상 아름답다

하지만 그대의 머리에 사는 그 자를 조심해라

if you can bring him into the heart, good

if not, leave him, you be in the heart

그대가 그를 가슴으로 데려갈 수 있다면, 좋다

그렇지 못하다면, 그를 내버려둬라, 그대가 가슴에 있어라

it's always an amazing time on this earth

but in our consciousness, it is most important time, to fulfill your potential,

to turn possible to probable, probable to now

지구에서는 언제나 놀라운 시간이다

하지만 우리 의식에서 그것은 아주 중요한 시간이다, 그대의 잠재력을 성취할 수 있는,

가능한 것을 확실한 것으로, 확실한 것을 지금 으로

can you be yourself even in the highest of full restlessness?

it's very important because there's a tendency to feel, - i feel so far from myself',

which is what restlessness means

but is it true?

from personal standpoint, it might be true

but you come here, have heard these things, fruit of your contemplation is what?

불안이 최고조일 때에도, 그대는 그대일 수 있는가

아주 중요한 것이다, 왜냐하면 

'난 나 자신과 아주 멀리 떨어져 있다'라 느끼는 습성이 있다,

그것이 불안 의 뜻이다

하지만 그것은 사실인가

제한된 인식의 견지에서는, 사실일지도 모르겠다

하지만 그대는 여기에 와 있고, 이런 것들을 들어왔다, 그대 숙고의 결실은 무엇인가

in this world, something has to be shaken, to awaken

because we sleep as much as everything become normalized, our conditon is normalized,

so even hatred feels normal, and justifiable

이 세상에서는, 무언가 흔들려야 한다, 깨어나기 위해

왜냐하면 모든 게 보통으로 된 만큼, 우리 상태란 것이 보통으로 된 만큼, 우리는 잠들어 있다

그래서 증오조차 보통으로 느껴진다, 그리고 정당하다고도 한다

whatever you yearn for, human beings might forget, but lord does not

we say, god is everywhere,

but he will only enter the heart that yearsn for it

a paradox, figure it out

그대가 무엇을 열망하든, 인간 존재들은 잊을지 모르겠다, 하지만 신은 잊지 않는다

우리는 신이 모든 곳에 있다고 한다

하지만 그는 열망하는 가슴에 들어설 뿐이다

'my whole system is in panic attack'

this is a healthy response

who's going to win?

something inside does not want to be here

for some people, it's already too late

that resistance is too late, we don't care about that

누가 이길까

equally something come

동등하게 무언가가 온다

'both are observed'

'둘 다 바라보아진다'

even this is observed

in the place of observing, who lives?

even the act of observing is observed

이것조차 바라보아진다

바라보는 자리에, 누가 사는가

바라보는 움직임조차 바라보아진다

something is fighting for a kind of survival

or a kind of continuity of promises which bring more pain

but pain is useful for the true seeker

they are the ones who knows what to do with it

they make use of it

because the lord is not vindictive

whatever we do, the love shines within

무언가 생존과 같은 것을 위해 싸운다

혹은 약속의 계속과 같은 것, 더 많은 고통을 가져다 주는 것을 위해

하지만 고통은 진실하게 구하는 자에게 유용하다

그들은 그것으로 무엇을 할 지 아는 자들이다

그들은 그것을 활용한다

신은 복수심을 갖고 있는 것이 아니므로

우리가 무엇을 하든, 사랑이 안에서 빛난다

you're offered eyes

we're not able to receive them, glasses!

if we're able to see through them, pain

what is great about it? none of that is eternal

그대에게 눈이 주어졌다

우리가 그것들을 받아들일 수 없다, 그러면 안경이다,

우리가 그것들을 통해 바라볼 수 있다면, 고통이다

그것에 관해 좋은 것이 무엇인가

다 영원하지 않다는 것이다

human, the dreaming god

the sage, the awaken god

there's only one

but you cannot see with your mind

we can appear to see with the mind,  but it is not enough

현자는 깨어난 신이다

하지만 그대의 눈으로 볼 수 없다

to see this, you have to be empty

이것을 보기 위해서 그대는 비어 있어야 한다

우리는 에고 마음에의 헌신자들이다

어느 지점에서 우리가 그 꿈에서 깨어나도록

어떻게

알아차리기 시작하는 것으로

나는, 세상과 고통, 그리고 고통을 겪는 자 는 함께 간다,

이런 것들은 태어나는 고통이다

it seems so strong, but i see great opportunity,

not to stay there but to transcend that the identity is locked in, the identity is being fed somehow

not yet be able to observe with detachment, too much passion in it

don't have too much compassion for that state

그곳에 머무는 것이 아니라, 변화시킬 수 있는

어떻게 해서인가 동일시가 갇혀 있다, 동일시가 먹이를 먹고 있다

그 상태에 너무 공감을 갖지 마라

the identity is at the heart of all struggle

you want to be free from the identity's troubles, but not of identity which is the hub of the trouble

and no one teaches us that there's a space other than identity

'but i'll be lost'

no, you'll be found

동일시가 모든 몸부림의 중심에 있다

그대는 동일시의 문제들에서 벗어나고 싶어한다,

하지만 문제의 핵인 동일시에서는 아니다

그리고 아무도 우리에게, 동일시 외 공간이 있다는 것을 가르쳐주지 않는다

'하지만 내가 잃어질 것이다'

아니다, 그대가 발견될 것이다

the self you're trying to find is the one thing you cannot not be

but you must be awake to it as it

그대가 발견하려는 자신 은, 그대가 아닐 수 없는 한 가지다

하지만 그대가 그것에 깨어나야 한다

but at a certain point, we are devotees to the ego mind

let us wake up out of that dream

how

by beginning to recognize,

when i say, the world and suffering and the sufferer go together,

like two sides of one coin

but the truth is not that coin

우리는 에고 마음에의 헌신자들이다

어느 지점에서 우리가 그 꿈에서 깨어나도록

어떻게

알아차리기 시작하는 것으로

experience without the person is very very different

we want to keep the person, we want to take it to the heaven

the world is perceived through the instrument of your manifest self also

but even your manifest self is perceived within your unmanifest self

결국 그대는 현상으로부터 어떤 것도 필요로 하지 않는다

동시에 필요로 하지 않는 것으로,

그것을 완전히 수용할 수 있다

필요로 한다면, 두려움을 가질 것이다

하지만 그대인 것을 알아차리는 것으로는.........

그대가 존재하지 않는다면, 세상은 그대에게 존재하지 않는다

세상은 그대의 드러나 보이는 자신의 도구를 통해 인식되는 것이기도 하다

하지만 그대의 드러나 보이는 자신은, 그대의 드러나 보이지 않는 자신 안에서 인식된다

maya is the biggest trick

but is the divine trick, so don't curse the divine trick

it's there serving a purpose and the purpose is to see and transcend its influence

otherwise it binds you into a phychological state,

that you'll be wriggling for a very very long time

the purpose of this is that if you don't get it this round, there are other rounds

환영은 가장 큰 속임수다

하지만 신성한 속임수다, 그러니 그 신성한 속임수를 저주하지 마라

하나의 목적에 기여하는 것이다,

그 목적은 그것의 영향력을 보고, 변형시키는 것

그렇지 않으면 그것은 그대를 심리적 상태에 묶어 둔다

그대는 아주 오랫동안 꿈틀댈 것이다

그대가 이번 회에 이해하지 못한다면, 다음 회들이 있다

but as you are waking up, you begin to see the cost of personhood, the cost of ego

otherwise it's not shown to you

the more you don't see it, the more its world seem real

now you're standing a chance to transcend the influence, then you begin to realize, 'whoa'

not when you don't see it

하지만 그대가 깨어날수록, 제한된 인식, 에고 의 대가를 보기 시작한다

그렇지 않으면 그대에게 보여지지 않는다

그것을 보지 못할수록, 그 세상은 진짜인 것 같다

이제 그대는 그 영향력을 변화시킬 수 있는 기회를 갖는다,

그러면 그대는 알아차리기 시작한다, '우워'

그대가 보지 못할 때에는, 그렇지 못하다
