once you have recognized that which is eternal in you, everything else is traffic,

including your sense of person

it's not a curse in fact, it's awakening

everything that comes to us, all the seeming struggles, challenges, ups and downs, pain, sickness,

all for what?  only to awake

그대가 한 번 그대 안의 영원한 것을 알아차리고 나면, 그것 외 모든 것이 지나가는 것이다

그대가 어떤 사람이라는 것을 포함해서

저주가 아니다, 깨어남이다

우리에게 오는 모든 것, 몸부림으로 보이는 모든 것, 시련, 오르내림, 고통, 아픔,

모든 것이 무엇 때문에? 오로지 깨어나기 위해

even awareness of completeness, also known and perceived

by what is it perceived?

완결을 인식하는 것 또한 인식된다

무엇에 의해 인식되는가

what does it need?

그것이 필요로 하는 것이 있는가

'nothing' '아무것도'

this is fundamental thing, but mind wants to take claim of this answer

if mind say, 'doesn't need anything'

이것이 근본적인 것이다, 하지만 마음은 이 대답을 자기가 한 것이라 하고 싶어한다

마음이, '어떤 것도 필요로 하지 않는다'라 한다면

what is answering the question, is it mind or is it this itself?

that causes to answer to come like it needs nothing

what is giving this answer?

질문에 무엇이 답하고 있는가, 마음인가, 아니면 이것 자신인가

답이 나오도록 하는 그것, 그것은 아무것도 필요로 하지 않는 것 같다

무엇이 이 답을 내고 있는가

even that question and search is already perceived in it

but maya says, 'what are you going to do with that?'

질문과 탐색조차 이미 그것 안에서 인식된다

하지만 환영은 말한다, '그것으로 뭘 할 건데'

why can you bear everything can be lost?

suppose you're told everything you perceive is gone,

well is it new?

all that you see, one day will be gone

why does it not strike you with terror?

it does with some people, why not

왜 그대는, 모든 것을 잃을 수 있다 를 견딜 수 있을까

그대가 인식하는 모든 것이 간다 라 들었다고 해 보자,

새로운 것인가

그대가 보는 모든 것이, 어느 날 가버릴 것이다

왜 그것이 그대를 공포로 치지 않는가

어떤 사람들에게는 그렇다, 그럴 수도 

even your identity, and all your possession will go

why does it not strike you with terror?

because deep within you, you know that something that cannot go

in the heart of every living being, there is an intuition, something that was not spoken,

that feels i'm eternal

그대의 정체성, 그리고 그대가 갖고 있는 모든 것이 갈 것이다

왜 그것이 그대를 공포로 치지 않는가

왜냐하면 그대 안 깊이, 그대는 무언가가 갈 수 없다는 것을 알기 때문이다

모든 살아 있는 존재의 중심에, 직관이 있다, 말해지지 않은,

그것이 나는 영원하다 라 느낀다

but nobody tell you that in the world

but it's inside there in some echo feel,

the idea of death or limitation,

but

하지만 세상에서 아무도 그대에게 그것을 말하지 않는다

하지만 안에서 뭔가 울리고 있다,

죽음이나 한계의 개념이란 것은

as a fact that you're here right now, check in internally,

what is there?

also when the mind is being brought to the very door of nirvana,

some tension, good tension

but behind this, there is vastness

not like spacially, more subtle than this

그대가 바로 지금 여기에 있다는 사실로,

안으로 점검해 봐라

무엇이 있는가

또한 마음이 깨어남의 바로 문 앞에 다다를 때

무언가 긴장이 있다, 좋은 긴장

하지만 이 뒤에는 광대함이 있다

공간적으로 뒤에 있다는 말이 아니다, 이보다 더 미묘하다

so far largely unnoticed, this is here

this is not learning anything actually

is not the student

the student may be feeling the pulse, but it's also just energy place, behind this

지금껏 주로 알아차려지지 못했던 것, 이것이 여기에 있다

이것은 사실 어떤 것도 배우지 않는다

학생이 아니다

학생은 맥박, 떨림을 느낄 수 있다, 하지만 그것 또한 그냥 에너지 자리다,

이것 뒤에다

you did not come to the world for fetism

how fortunate also, because are you or are you not a calling within you?

even if no one else know in the world about it, it's still alive in you

for some people, it begins just with quiet urge

and i say, it become urgent

then from urgency to emergency

after emergency, what happen?

그대는 뭔가에 붙기 위해 세상에 오지 않았다

얼마나 행운인지

왜냐하면 그대는 그대 안의 부름을 인식하는가, 아닌가

세상에 그것에 대해 그대 외 아무도 알지 못한다 해도,

그것은 그대 안에 살아 있다

어떤 사람들의 경우, 조용한 열망으로 시작된다

그것이 긴급하게 된다

긴급함에서 비상으로

비상 이후에는 무엇이 일어나는가

and stop waiting for something to happen

because whatever is going to happen, whatever come, go

it's just always been like this

find that which is not coming and not going

so far it has not been appealing to the world, and to the worldly mind

because we're caught up in the waves of maya

everyone is sleeping to the eternal within themselves

그리고 무언가가 일어나기를 기다리지 마라

무엇이 일어나든, 무엇이 오든, 간다

항상 그래 왔다

오지 않고, 가지 않는 그것을 찾아라

지금껏 세상에게는, 세속의 마음에게는 매력 없던 것이다

우리는 환영의 파장에 잡혀 있기 때문에

모두가 그들 안의 영원에 대해 잠 자고 있다

and maya is very active inside sangha

because it will come a point where it is too late for him

그리고 환영은 공동체 안에서 아주 활동적이다

환영이 '너무 늦었다'할 지점이 올 것이므로

ego mind is coming up

why, he has to come

you want the ego to be respectful?

while you're sitting in meditation?

the very fact of meditation is exposing him

and you must know you're not this

에고 마음이 나타난다,

왜 인가, 그는 와야 한다

그대는 에고가 존중 있기를 바라는가

그대가 명상하는 동안?

명상이라는 그 사실이 그를 노출시킨다

그리고 그대는 이것이 아니라는 것을 알아야 한다

whatever you can see through the mind or the senses cannot be you

because they all come and go

but nobody gives attention to this, this is watching everything

from the birth of this body

and throughout the duration of time and change, all the things that happen in life,

it remains constantly, you need to find it

you being what?

마음이나 감각을 통해 그대가 무엇을 볼 수 있든,

그대일 수 없다

그것들 모두 오고 가기 때문이다

하지만 아무도 이것에 주의를 두지 않는다, 이것이 모든 것을 바라보고 있다

이 몸이 태어난 때부터

그리고 시간과 변화, 삶에서 일어나는 그 모든 것들이 있는 내내

그것은 변하지 않고 남아 있다, 그대는 그것을 발견해야 한다

무엇인 그대?

you may call it the intelligence of being

that is temporarily caught in the traffic of identity

that power to be curious about the world,

must become curious about you

그것을 존재의 지성이라 할 수도 있다

그것이 일시적으로 동일시의 복잡한 상황에 잡혀 있다

세상에 호기심을 갖는 그 힘이,

그대에 대해 호기심을 갖는 것이 되어야 한다

it is ridiculously simple

so it's not that i have to give you a map to it

it's more that resistance come

and that should be a clue

when that resistance come, it's the one thing that is robbing you from your eternal realization

even this resistance is not you

is watched from the place of pure consciousness 

우습도록 간단한 것이다

그래서 내가 그것에의 지도를 내주어야 하는 것이 아니다

보다는 저항이 온다

그리고 그것이 실마리가 되어야 한다

저항이 나타날 때, 그것이 그대에게서 그대의 영원한 깨어남을 앗는 그 하나인 것이다

이 저항도 그대가 아니다

순수 의식의 자리에서 바라보아진다

but because you hold the identity while you're doing it, confusion come

because maya cannot come for your being, it can only come for your identity

하지만 그대가 그것을 하는 동안 동일시를 붙들고 있기 때문에,

혼동이 온다

환영은 그대의 존재에게 나타날 수 없다, 그대의 동일시에 나타날 수 있을 뿐이므로

i'm putting it, there is nowness about everything of what i'm speaking

i don't want to give you homework although you ought to do it

but there is something right here, right now

and it's not a speed

it's not fast, it's not even slow

beyond fast and slow

it's always here and that's what you came here for

내가 말하는 모든 것이 지금 에 관한 것이다

나는 그대에게 숙제를 주고 싶지 않다, 그대가 그것을 해야 하긴 하지만

하지만 바로 여기에 무언가가 있다, 바로 지금

그리고 그것은 속도가 아니다

빠르지도 느리지도 않다

빠르고 느리고 를 벗어나 있다

항상 여기에 있다, 그것 때문에 그대가 여기에 왔다

and where is that?

can the furious traffic of your mind wipe it out?

what is suffering all of this, this idea of who you are

it's suffering from its own projections

the habit of identity is suffering from its own projections

그리고 그것은 어디에 있는가

그대 마음의 흉포함이 그것을 없애버릴 수 있을까

이 모든 것으로 고통 받는 것, 그대가 누구인지에 대한 생각

그것이 그 자신의 투사들로 고통 받고 있다

동일시의 습관이 그 자신의 투사들로 고통을 겪고 있다

the unmoving is not different from your true self

the moving self, looking for a job, have to find a home,

this also has been long parading as yourself, it is not your true place

i'm only here for this

움직이지 않는 그것은 그대의 진짜 자신과 다르지 않다

움직이는 자신, 일을 구하고, 집을 찾아야 하는,

이것 또한 오래 그대 자신이라 행진해 온, 그대의 진짜 자리가 아닌 것이다

나는 여기에 오로지 이것을 위해 있다

i'm not stopping you from doing other things

they can all happen in this as they've always been happening,

but you've missed this

그대가 다른 것들을 하는 것을 막지 않는다

그것들 모두 이것 안에서 일어난다, 언제나 그래왔던 것처럼

하지만 그대는 이것 을 놓쳐왔다

the thing that is always here is the thing that is the last thing you see

and you cannot see it also

because you're it

that which alone exist cannot be seen

this is the paradox of realization

what you are you cannot see, you cannot see yourself

항상 여기에 있는 것 을 그대가 가장 끝에 본다

그리고 그것을 볼 수 없기도 하다

그대가 그것이므로

그것만이 존재하는 그것은 보일 수 없다

이것이 깨어남의 모순이다

그대인 것을 그대가 볼 수 없다, 그대는 그대 자신을 볼 수 없다

and there's a force that comes when consciousness projects into an identity,

and your conditioning,

you call yourself

and that force is going to keep you in the field of dynamic

and all of us have been trapped in the field of the dynamic

not knowing the non-dynamic

그리고 의식이 어떤 정체로 투사할 때 나타나는 힘이 있다

그리고 그대의 조건화,

그대 자신이라 부르는 것

그 힘은 그대를 계속해서 움직이는 장에 있도록 할 것이다

우리 모두가 움직임의 장에 갇혀 왔다

움직이지 않는 것 을 모른 채로

i say, you cannot know the non dynamic

you can have the attaction for that

that impulse is a gift from god in you

so the journey from here (head) to here (heart) can take thousands of years

keep picking up new bodies

그대는 움직이지 않는 것을 알 수 없다

그것에 끌릴 수 있다

그 충동이 그대 안에 있는 신으로부터의 선물이다

그래서 머리에서 가슴으로의 여정에 무수한 시간이 걸릴 수 있다

계속해서 새 몸들을 집어들면서

until you find the formless here

when you find that, then all the diverse forms become vibration of the one

impurity is only in your mind

they're just pure reflection of god's energy

through the mind become 'it's not good, it's bad, --',

it's not true

그대가 여기 형상 없는 것 을 발견할 때까지

그대가 그것을 발견할 때, 그러면 모든 다양한 형상들이 하나의 진동이 된다

불순한 것은 그대의 마음에서일 뿐이다

그것들은 신 에너지의 순수한 반영일 뿐으로

마음을 통해서는 '그것은 좋지 않다, 나쁘다, --'가 된다

그것은 사실이 아니다

the power of maya take us reading from your strength of your identity as a person

you are beyond the person

that's why you have to go beyond the person

not go that way, go this way

here already is here which is not a person

but once you have the drug of maya, we can't help it

환영의 힘은 우리를, 제한된 인식으로서의 그대의 동일시의 힘에서 해석하도록 한다

그대는 제한된 인식을 벗어나 있다

그래서 제한된 인식을 벗어나 가야 하는 것이다

저쪽으로가 아니라, 이쪽으로

이미 여기는 여기다, 제한된 인식이 아닌 것

하지만 한 번 환영의 마약을 받아들이면, 우리는 어쩔 수 없다

and only the person can do a journey

the beingness doesn't do any journey

personal expression of beingness does journey

so when you're in the form of your person, then you're on journey

오로지 제한된 인식만이 여정을 할 수 있다

존재는 어떤 여정도 하지 않는다

존재의 제한된 표현이 여정을 한다

그래서 그대가 그대의 제한된 인식의 형상일 때, 그대는 여정 중이다

all the other practices and big meditation, --is a very slow way

because what you're trying to do is just try to be here

it's also god's play

다른 모든 수행들과 큰 명상들, 

아주 느린 길이다

왜냐하면 그대가 하려 하는 것은 단지 여기에 있으려는 것이므로

그것 또한 신의 놀이다

but if you are looking for freedom in the way that we're speaking,

is just what i'm showing you

i'll not be against all the relilgious practices, they're fine,

they're all the journeys in exploring according to your idea of going towards god,

but it's all inside maya

maya is not a dirty word, is an instrument of god also,

without maya, you cannot wake up, you would not need to wake up

하지만 그대가, 우리가 말하는 식에서의 자유를 찾고 있다면

그냥 내가 그대에게 보여주는 것을

난 그 모든 종교적 수행들에 반대하지 않을 것이다, 좋다,

모두 신으로 향해 간다는 그대의 생각에 따른 탐험에서의 여정들이다

하지만 모두 환영 안에서다

환영이란 더러운 말이 아니다, 또한 신의 도구다

환영 없이 그대는 깨어날 수 없다, 깨어날 필요를 느끼지 못할 것이다

we're still giving a lot of,

there's mind avoidance in taking up, 'i'm going to do this or that',

it's all  when i call maya energy

which is avoidance and to protect the ego

because as long as ego is there, the journey will not be finished

여전히 우리는 많은 것들을.........

'난 이것을 하겠다, 혹은 저것을 하겠다'라 차지하고 있는 데서 마음의 회피가 있다

그런 것 모두 내가 환영 에너지라 하는 것이다

회피인 것, 에고를 보호하는 것이다

에고가 있는 한, 여정은 끝나지 않을 것이므로

and i also realize that there is no such thing god is waiting for everybody to wake up

because the truth never leaves god, god and truth are one

is just play go on, it has been going on for thousands of years

그리고 내가 또한 알아차린 것은, 신은 모두가 깨어나기를 기다리고 있다는 그런 것은 없다

진리는 결코 신을 떠나지 않으므로

신과 진리는 하나다

단지 놀이가 계속 간다, 수 많은 시간 동안 그랬던 것으로

the pure self produces that flower

but the pure self cannot be defined as that flower

the flower is a process of awakening

but god or pure self is not a flower

순수한 자신이 끛을 피워낸다

하지만 순수한 자신은 그 꽃으로 정의될 수 없다

꽃은 깨어남의 과정이다

하지만 신 혹은 순수 자신 은 꽃이 아니다

but the flower of consciousness has opened up

but real evolution is evolved into the spirit in the being

meaning that you realize your own source

you see with true eyes

하지만 의식의 꽃이 핀다

하지만 진짜 진화는 존재에서의 얼로

그대가 그대 자신의 근원을 알아차린다는 뜻이다

진짜 눈으로 본다

the moment we see with blinded eyes, with ego eyes, with dark eyes, with maya eyes, you see things

we're not seeing things the way they really are,

you're seeing how they are in your head

you're seeing subjectively a world that you claim to be a fact,

but it's a fiction just created out of your own psyche

who has right view of the world? nobody

when your eyes are clean, you want to destroy what you see? no

then it shines with the truth

우리가 눈이 먼 눈으로, 에고 눈으로, 어두운 눈으로, 환영의 눈으로 본다,

우리는 그것들이 정말 있는 대로 보고 있지 않다

그대의 머리 안에서 어떤 지를 보고 있는 것이다

그대가 사실이라 하는 세상을 주관적으로 본다

하지만 그것은 그대 자신의 정신에서 만들어진 허구일 뿐이다

누가 세상에 대해 바른 바라봄을 갖고 있는가, 아무도

우리 눈이 깨끗할 때, 그대는 그대가 보는 것을 파괴하고 싶은가, 아니다

그 때 그것은 진리로 빛난다

can i ask, can the seer be seen?

내가 물어봐도 될까

보는 자는 보일 수 있을까

so you see there is something here that is more powerful, it cannot be seen

it is not personal

what is seeing?

universal consciousness is here

그래서 그대가 본다,

보다 강력한 무언가가 여기에 있다

그것은 보일 수 없다

제한된 인식의 것이 아니다

무엇이 바라보는가

전체 의식이 여기에 있다

your intention to be alone in self respect what you're doing

don't have to go with your friend, just by yourself

give us some time just for this, and marinate, cook inside the seeing

and come out, you can do things whatever

그대의 홀로 있고자 하는 의도, 그대가 하는 것에서의 자기 존중으로

그대의 친구와 함께 가야 할 필요 없다, 그냥 그대 홀로

단지 이것을 위해 우리에게 시간을 낸다,

그리고 절여진다, 바라봄 안에서 익는다

그리고 나와서, 그게 무엇이든 그것들을 그대가 할 수 있다

what you do internally will inform everything happens,

you will see it's happening inside this

but nobody can say what this is

everything you're now conscious is happening inside this indescribable

안으로 하는 것이 알려줄 것이다,

그대가 보게 될 것이다,

모든 것이, 이것 안에서 일어나고 있다

하지만 아무도 이것이 무엇이라 말할 수 없다

그대가 이제 의식한다, 모든 것이 이 말로 할 수 없는 것 안에서 일어나고 있다

sometimes we're doing work in the world

and you say, we call it savor

your work, not just your job

you've turned everything into your savor

your life become your savor

don't separate

because always you're there

우리가 세상에서 일 하는 때

그것을 풍기는 것 이라 한다

그대의 작업을

단지 그대의 직업이 아니라

그대는 모든 것을 그대의 냄새로 전환시킨다

그대의 삶이 그대의 향기가 된다

분리하지 마라

항상 그대가 있는 것이므로

so whatever i do is my savor

and your sadhana, your spiritual work should permeate your savor

they're one

don't make separations

그래서

내가 하는 것이 무엇이든 나의 맛 이다

그리고 그대의 수행, 그대의 영적 작업이 그대의 맛 에 스며들어 있어야 한다

그것들은 하나다

분리하지 마라

you're in your sadhana, you're in your savor

your savor is your life, your sadhana is your internal mission of waking up

don't tell anybody because world give you trouble

continue doing the work you have to do in the world, this is your inner voice

don't be away from your inner voice

don't tell anybody what you're doing

and it will wash you from inside

grace wash you from inside

그대는 그대의 수행 안에 있다, 그대의 맛 안에 있다

그대의 맛 이 그대의 삶이다,

그대의 수행이 안으로의 깨어나는 미션이다

어느 누구에게도 말하지 마라, 세상은 그대에게 문제를 주므로

계속해서 그대가 세상에서 해야 하는 것을 해라

이것은 그대 안의 목소리다

그대 안의 목소리에서 멀어지지 마라

그대가 하는 것을 누구에게도 말하지 마라

그리고 그것이 안에서 그대를 씻어낼 것이다

은혜로움이 그대를 안에서 씻어낸다

you bring this internally, work with this thing

nobody can study wisdom

wisdom is perfume of the self

love also is perfume of the self

joy, freedom

you only abide here

그대는 이것을 안으로 가져가라, 이것과 작업해라

아무도 지혜를 공부할 수 없다

지혜는 자신 의 향기다

사랑 또한

기쁨, 자유가

그대는 단지 이것 을 따라라

'i want to meet you without the mind'

'난 마음 없이 당신을 만나고 싶다'

the only opportunity to meet you actually

because when we meet each other, you present your mind

history, intention, all of this is mind

so i'll ask you, are you and your mind the same thing?

사실 상대를 만날 수 있는 유일한 기회다

왜냐하면 우리가 서로를 만날 때, 마음을 제시하므로

과거사, 의도, 

이런 모든 것이 마음이다

그래서 나는 그대에게 묻겠다,

그대와 그대의 마음은 같은 것인가

so you have the power to detach

of course i don't want the mind into a bad guy

even an awaken being uses the mind also

그대에게는 집착을 뗄 수 있는 힘이 있다

물론 나는 마음을 나쁜 놈이라 하고 싶지 않다

깨어난 존재도 마음을 활용한다

what is here, you must discover that, something here that has never been the mind

it allows watching the mind

but it itself can never be fooled by the mind or be contaminated by the mind

it is not in the arena of the mind

in fact, mind came inside it

여기에 있는 것은 무엇인가

그대는 그것을 발견해야 한다

마음이었던 적이 없는 여기에 있는 것

그것이 마음을 지켜보도록 허용한다

하지만 그것 자체는 마음에 의해 속거나, 오염될 수 없다

마음 영역에 있는 것이 아니다

사실 마음이 그것 안에서 나타났다

who am i speaking to?

then if you can hear me, what are you?

내가 누구에게 말하고 있는가

그러면 그대가 내 말을 들을 수 있다면,

그대는 무엇인가

seeing is not just visual experience

you can use a word perceiving, knowing, awareness

what can remove the awareness?

보는 것은 시각적 경험만이 아니다

인식한다, 안다, 자각 이라고 할 수도 있겠다

무엇이 자각을 제거할 수 있을까

can anybody see awareness?

자각을 볼 수 있는 자 있는가

now speak from here

tell me your troubles now

여기에서 말해라,

내게 그대의 문제를 말해달라

awareness needs a particular thought?

자각에 특정한 생각이 필요한가

so this knowledge is rare on this planet right now

이 앎은 지금 이 행성에서 드물다

even self aware cannot stop the mind and the ego coming

what to do?

자각하더라도, 마음과 에고가 나타나는 것을 막을 수 없다

어떻게 해야 하는가

can awareness leave when even the most powerful form of the mind come?

so where is the trouble now?

가장 강력한 마음의 형상이 나타난다 하더라도,

자각이 떠날 수 있는가

그래서 이제 문제가 어디에 있는가

your reflex of attention will come back

is it impossible to catch this?

is it attactive to catch it?

그대의 주의의 습성이 되돌아 올 것이다

이것을 잡아내는 것이 가능한가

그것을 잡아내려니 그것이 매력적인가

because in honesty, it comes a kind of sweetness, curiosity, sort of pleasure in the mind also

then a choice arises in this to follow the mind or to stay with the awareness?

왜냐하면 정직하게 말한다고 한다면

그것은 달콤한 것처럼, 호기심 같이, 마음의 즐거움과 같은 것으로 또한 나타나므로

그러면 선택이 일어난다

마음을 따를 것인가, 자각과 머물 것인가

it didn't take you, you went with it

no blame

just want to say, intesntify your intention, your resolve grow more

because it won't happen just like this (따닥)

awakening to the self is not an event

그것이 그대를 데려가지 않는다, 그대가 그것과 함께 간다

비난하지 않는다

단지 그대의 의도를 강하게 해라, 결의를 더 성장시켜라 라고 하고 싶은 것이다

손가락 따닥 한 번 튕기는 것처럼 일어나지 않을 것이므로

자신 에 깨어나는 것은 이벤트가 아니다

don't wait for the atom bomb of seeing

gradual looking is more authentic

because the scenes are changing, but seer is unchanging

보는 것으로 원자 폭발이 일어날 것이라 기다리지 마라

점차 점차 보는 것이다 라 하는 것이 보다 진실하다

장면들은 바뀐다, 하지만 보는 자는 변하지 않는다

그대의 두려움을 바라볼 수 있는가, 그것이 무엇이든

그대 자신을 두려움에서 분리하지 않고,

그대가 그 두려움이다

그래서 그 두려움에 그대의 완전한 주의를 준다

그러면 두려움이 있는가

you cannot look if you are prejudiced

if i'm prejudiced against you, i cannot look at you,

i'm looking at my prejudice

그대가 편견을 갖고 있다면, 볼 수 없다

내가 그대에게 거스르는 편견을 갖고 있다면, 나는 그대를 바라볼 수 없다

나의 편견을 보고 있는 것이다

so is it possible not to name the thing at all?

and then if you do not name it, is it fear?

or it has gone under a totally different change

because you have all your attention given to it

when you name it, you're not giving attention to it

when you try to suppress it, you're not giving attention to it

when you try to run away from it, you're not giving attention to it

그러니 그것에 전혀 이름 붙이지 않는 것이 가능한가

그대가 그것에 이름을 붙이지 않는다면, 그것은 두려움인가

완전히 다른 변화를 겪는다

그대가 그것에 그대의 모든 주의를 주기 때문에

그대가 그것에 이을 붙일 때, 그대는 그것에 주의를 주지 않는다

그것을 억압하려 할 때, 그것에 주의를 주지 않는다

그것에서 달아나려 할 때, 그대는 그것에 주의를 주지 않는다

whereas when you observe that fear is you, and not name it,

what takes place?

it is a sensation, isn't it?

what's wrong with sensations?

반면 그 두려움이 그대이고, 그것에 이름 붙이지 않고 바라볼 때

무엇이 일어나는가

그것은 감각이다, 그렇지 않은가

감각에 무슨 잘못이 있는가

but when sensation, plus thought which becomes desire with its images,

then the trouble begins

하지만 감각에, 그 이미지를 갖는 욕망이 되는 생각이 더해질 때

그러면 문제가 시작된다

this is part of meditation

not to sit under a tree and just think about something or other

or try to conentrate

or try to repeat some mantras or some words

but this is really meditation

because you're enquiring very very deeply into yourself

이것이 명상의 부분이다

나무 아래 앉아서, 그냥 무언가에 대해 생각하는 것이 아니라

혹은 집중하려 하는 것이 아니라

만트라나 무언가 단어들을 반복하려 하는 것이 아니라

이것이 정말 명상이다

그대는 그대 자신을 아주 아주 깊이 조사하는 것이므로

and you can enquire very deeply when you are really without any motive, when you are free to look,

and you cannot look if you separate yourself from that which you are looking at

then you have complete energy to look

it is only when there is no attention, then fear comes into being

그대가 정말로 어떤 동기도 없이, 더해진 것 없이 바라볼 때

아주 깊이 조사할 수 있다

그대가 바라보고 있는 것에서 그대 자신을 분리한다면, 그대는 볼 수 없다

그대가 바라보는데 완전한 에너지를

오로지 주의가 없을 때, 두려움이 나타난다

when there is complete attention which is complete, total energy,

then there is no fear, is there?

it's only the inattentive person that is afraid

not the person who is completely attentive at the moment when that feeling arises

that feeling is a part of sensation, sensation is normal, natural

but when sensation plus thought which is desire with its images,

then begins all our problems

완벽한, 완전한 에너지, 완전한 주의가 있을 때

두려움은 없다, 있는가

두려워하는 것은 주의를 기울이지 않는 사람일 뿐이다

느낌이 일어나는 그 순간, 완전히 주의를 기울이는 사람이 아니라

그 느낌은 감각의 일부다, 감각은 정상이다, 자연스럽다

하지만 감각에, 그 이미지를 갖는 욕망인 생각이 더해질 때

그러면 우리의 모든 문제들이 시작된다

now can you look at your fear

be serious, five minutes

can you look at your fear, whatever it is

not separate yourself from the fear, but you are that fear

and therefore you give your total attention to that fear

then is there fear?

이제 그대는 그대의 두려움을 바라볼 수 있다

진지하게, 5분 동안

그대의 두려움을 바라볼 수 있는가, 그것이 무엇이든

그대 자신을 두려움에서 분리하지 않고,

그대가 그 두려움이다

그래서 그 두려움에 그대의 완전한 주의를 준다

그러면 두려움이 있는가

then walk out of this tent without fear

don't say no, and go out full of fears

그러면 두려움 없이 이 텐트에서 걸어 나가라

아니라 하고서는, 두려움으로 가득찬 채 나가지 마라

it didn't come back through my heart

it come back through my mind

and then i bought it

can you change the destiny?

actually in the heart, there's no destiny

destiny is in the maya, mind

we stay in the mind, we have destiny

stay in the heart, there is no destiny

가슴으로 들어온 것이 아니다

나의 마음으로 들어오는 것이다

그리고 내가 그것을 집어 들었다

운명을 바꿀 수 있을까

사실 가슴에서는 운명이란 없다

운명은 환영, 마음에 있다

우리가 마음에 머물면, 운명을 갖는다

가슴에 머물면, 운명이란 없다

is your inner research

everyday you should say thank you, 'thank you that brought me to this,

and you make it available in such a way, is not a burden onto my soul,

you open the path for me,

and you put it in me and say, 'yes i choose this'

'and whatever is in me that is undetected,

whatever seeds still live in my heart and they're undetected and they're continuing to bear fruits of suffering,

i ask you, please delete them'

그대 안의 조사다

매일 그대는 감사하다 해야 한다, '나를 이것으로 데려오신 것에 감사합니다,

그런 식으로 가능하게 한 것에,

나의 영혼에 짐이 아닌 것에,

나에게 길을 열어주는 것에

그리고 내 안에 둔 것에, 

'그래 난 이것을 선택한다, 

내 안에 있는 것 무엇이든, 탐지되지 않은 것, 아직 내 가슴에서 살고 있는,

계속해서 고통의 열매를 맺고 있는 것들을

당신에게 요청합니다, 그것들을 지워주세요'

and you will find that  by grace it will come show you

this is our relationship

because the road to freedom is interactive

is not 'go, do this for me'

no you must participate in your freedom

그리고 그대는 발견할 것이다,

은혜로움에 의해 그대에게 보이도록 나타날 것이다

이런 것이 우리 관계다

자유로의 길은 상호작용이므로

'가서 날 위해 이것을 해 달라'가 아니다

아니, 그대가 그대의 자유에 참여해야 한다

that joy is not about the belief, it is telling you, 'i'm here, honor this, take care of this, be devoted to this,

and leave the rest to god'

then somehow it speaks through your life

don't try to solve everything

no just abide in this

and you see it prove you

그 기쁨은 믿음과 관련된 것이 아니다

그것은 그대에게 말한다, '내가 여기에 있다, 이것을 소중히 해라, 이것을 보살펴라, 이것에 헌신해라,

그리고 나머지는 신에게 맡겨라'

그러면 어떻게 해서인가 그것이 그대의 삶을 통해 말한다

일일이 모든 것을 해결하려 하지 마라

아니다 단지 이것 을 따라라

그러면 그대는 그것이 그대에게 입증하는 것을 본다

grace brought you here to say, 'you choose and life will support you

은혜로움은 그대를 이곳에 데려와서 말한다

'그대가 선택해라, 삶이 그대를 지원할 것이다'

mind came from this, this is the very source, the heart of the mind

let him be there, let him enjoy the darshan of the heart, don't kill him

you are not the mind

마음은 이것 에서 나왔다, 이것 이 마음의 근원, 가슴이다

그가 있도록 두어라, 그가 가슴의 축복을 누리도록 두어라, 그를 죽이지 마라

그대는 마음이 아니다

the avadhuta gita 와

'the destity for those who are devoted to actions is the result of their thought at the end of their life

but the destiny of the awaken beings or yogi eatablished in the unity,

is not determined by their thought at the end

'행동에 헌신하는 이들의 운명은

그들의 삶의 끝에서, 그들 생각의 결과다

하지만 하나임 에서 안정되어 있는, 깨어난 존재들이나 요기의 운명은

끝에서 그들의 생각에 의해 결정되지 않는다

the yogi has no particular path

he simply renounces imgining things

is mind then cease of its own accord

and the perfect state just naturally occurs'

요기는 특정한 길을 갖고 있지 않다

그는 그냥 상상하는 것을 그만둔다

그러면 마음이 저절로 멈춘다

그리고 완벽한 상태가 자연스럽게 일어난다

wherever yogi meet his end,

whether besind the holy river in a house of disrepute or outcast house,

his births are through, he merges in brahman'

요기는 그의 끝을 어디에서 맞이하든

신성한 강물 옆에서든, 버려진 집에서든

그의 태어남은 끝났다,

그는 최고 의식에 합쳐진다'

your birth mean what?

but into dramas and karmas of deluded life

그대의 태어남이란 뭔가

현혹된 삶의 드라마와 까르마들 속으로의

is finished

his being merges into brahman

그것이 끝난다

그의 존재가 최고 의식으로 합쳐진다

yogi,

the one who steadfast abide in the place

no matter how many times the waves of the mind come to carry you into the ocean of samsara

they keep coming back, keep looking

and gradually the rivers of the mind dry up

then it doesn't matter where they leave their body, if they die from starvation,

the cycle of life, the wheel of samsara is finished for them

요기는

끈기 있게 그 자리를 따르는 자다

얼마나 수도 없이 마음의 파장이 그대를 삼사라의 바다로 데려가든

그들은 계속해서 돌아온다, 계속해서 바라본다

그리고 점차 마음의 강물이 마른다

그러면 그들이 어디에서 몸을 떠나든 상관 없다,

굶어 죽더라도 상관 없다

삶의 순환, 삼사라의 바퀴가 끝난다

they don't have to take another body to carry on unfinished business

it is finished

그들은 끝내지 못한 일을 끝내기 위해 또 다른 몸을 가질 필요 없다
